I see a lot of reviews that are negative. But let's face it online shopping has never been risk free. And when you do have a bad experience, the first thing you do is go to a site like this. For me though, I just treat it like gambling. If you can't afford to lose it, then don't gamble.
This site is no longer correct. It used to be nice, but now they are no longer shipping items, or the ones that they ship are not even close to the images. Plus, when I contacted them about not receiving the items they asked for proof and they said they can't refund me. How should I prove that I don't have something is beyond my understanding... maybe make a video with my house and show that the items ordered from them are not there...
Lately, many of my friends told me that they started having problems with them. Now I get it. I will uninstall and switch to one of their competitors. There are many options out there and I only heard good things about Wish (prices are lower too ;) )
I suggest you all switch to Wish or Joom as this one is dead (and maybe let me know which one you like better, so I can try it too :D )
That someone writes that their sellers are cheating, the goods do not reach, and something like this!? My personal experience for over a year, more than 50 purchases! Of course, not all were delivered on time and there were defective ones, but the sellers always agreed to compensation or a refund! Just maybe someone's hands are from the wrong place? =)
Not only are their products subpar, all cheap imitations of the original, but the false advertising on this sit is through the roof, and shipping takes months. I'm not even sure how they are legally allowed to use the picture of a real product from another company, but end up sending you a knock-off. Sellers themselves post reviews to make themselves look good and scam you. If it is a seasoned seller who knows the game, they can take your money and never send the product, or send less, then lie through their teeth when you open a dispute and get away with it. And even if they get caught, they either remove the product and post a new one, or remove the store profile and create a new one with a new name, with no legal repercussions. And I can assure you AliExpress doesn't care about any of this as long as they keep getting their cut. No customer service number or email, the only way you will hear from them is if you open a dispute and can't reach an agreement directly with the seller, in which case they will make a decision on who is right and what the refund should be and then move no. There is no back and forth. Believe me, paying a few extra bucks for getting a good quality local product is much better than having to deal with these people, it's not worth it. And good luck doing any returns! Shipping back to China will cost you much more than anything you bought there.

I used AliExpress search box Pink European Seat cushion/Chair covers set. There was not a match, but on the side panel there was several items so I click each one for what I was looking for there was one with dining table/chairs decorated with pink seat cushion, chair covers and tablecloth. I click the picture paid for it. I was sent a tablecloth I went online wanted answers no one responded, Eva, bad customer service. I contact the seller wanting to know what happen to my order, then the picture with the pink pop up with a arrow pointing but no response, so I contacted the seller again Cause I did not understand why I didn't get my items, The address on the package is a Jamaica New York address So I let the seller know I wanted to compromise but I got no response on that, I message the seller asking do I send the tablecloth to the Jamaica, New York address to get my items Then I got a written response from the seller with an address in China, I never agreed to sending anything to China, I tried AliExpress everyday since that tablecloth arrived in a torn package, filled out the form several times for a refund click submit nothing happens. While I'm getting the runaround on the side it says you have 2 days your order will be close, I'm block from submitting my form for a refund. No customer should go through this, I have one more day before my order is close, Hope a miracle happens, Right now I'm feeling stressed.
I have opened a dispute with them as the time of delivery is passed and I have not received the items but they say that the products have been delivered. Go to the post office and look for your item they say... but how can I if I have not received a missing card from the post man? What a completely rubbish service they offer. No refund, nothing
Used to have one or another problem with sellers. Now about 15% of my purchases have some serious issue. The most common one being sellers using fake/"recycled" tracking numbers to scam the sellers. Aliexpress doesn't care if you received the package or not, only what a tracking number says. They don't even care if it says it was delivered on another city far away. Beware when buying even high rate sellers are doing scams

I have had several orders that came through some in a timely fashion and some not so much. I have had my debit card hacked twice. The first time I thought it was a fluke but to have it happen twice. Coincidence I don't think so. Twice. I don't believe in coincidences. I would love to give it a zero but I can't!
My Experience:
I ordered size Medium pants knowing that the pants run small because they were coming from China. The $17 pants (plus shipping) fit like a size 2. Because they were from China, the international shipping for the return cost much more than the pants. I then asked for a $10 partial refund via a dispute and got *$5* back at the end of the day. DO NOT shop from here.

There is no customer service phone number/chat/email to reach and the sellers can easily scam you like I was.
If you want to return, the return process is not straightforward and you are not guaranteed to get a full refund (especially with international shipping costs).

They are fraud. I ordered a 24 inch and I received a 15 inch wig. This company is not reliable and will not give you what you ordered. I am a model and I order from sites all the time, this is a fake website. Consider this website to be eBay for hair.
It's a mess, there is no customer's service It's all robots. They support the seller not you. I have been waiting for two month for my oder and It's still in transit! Getting a refund is not easy and there is no one to talk to about the refund. Will never use again.
Horrible customer service, they don't have a phone # or email for someone to dispute items. Never received you have to contact seller only online. How you can't talk to nobody in person. They refuse to refund me for items not received or not contacting post office that claim they deliver. I can't file a claim with post office because they don't have insurance on order. And they don't care want me to take as a lost. Horrible they just lost my business.
In one shopping session I ordered four different products – I received one. Had to open resolution disputes to get refunds and it is a nightmare. There are endless suggestions to wait for items, blah blah. I have waited three months and nothing. NEVER AGAIN!

I live in the USA and I own my business. I shopped here dropping a grand to test products to see if they would be a good fit for my clientele. When I tell you that it's pure junk please take my word for it. Please do not waste your money!
I received everything damaged. I reported it with pictures and now I'm not able to comment. This is how they deal with it also plus it takes 2 months for things to start coming in. By then your money is gone and they could care less about your items. Some items I never got. I ordered a xL shirt and it was kids size. I ordered purses that was pure junk and kids sizes but the pictures show you they are adult sizes. This company is a scam and they do not care about you only your money.
I wouldn't even give 1 star but that's what I had to do.

Before warned that if you want your product anytime soon go back in time and order it because it takes for absolutely ever long to get it if you order something at the beginning of the season you won't get it until the next season and that is absolutely ridiculous
