Avoid AliExpress at all cost. Was asked to send back mini PC as it was under warranty after the entire motherboard fried only within 6 months. Postage had to be self paid. It was a con job, nothing was sent back the other way. Created a report to AliExpress and they literally brushed off the issue on the only reply from them. After that completely radio silent.
If you are a regular shopper and not a manufacturer, don't even try this website. It is absolutely RIDICULOUS. They confirm they have a product in stock, then, after you order, they send you a message with images of similar items saying, sorry, your item is out of stock, would you like any of these items and a small gift. This apparently is a normal process for these people. Going to turn in a complaint at the FCC. This happened to me with THREE vendors. And it will now take more than a month to get my money back from all of them. I don't know how this company is still getting customers. This is my first time and last time I am ordering from them. Absolutely atrocious business practice. Borderline SCAM.
I got orders from ali express, 1 to 3 months latter, ali tracking system said it is in the post office, post office tracking system said it did it did not reached the local office. I opened despute, ali express said it is my fault i did not pick it up, so they ask me to go to post office to get a formal statement from post office. Post office said, they dont issue statement because first and for all ali express knew i did not recieved the item, and that it did not reach the local post office which is true, again i repeat the post office tracking system said it did not reached the post office. And post office said if there is someone to complained, it should be the company who sent the item not me which is true. I complained to costumer service, they gave me a site of post office, and asked me there to complain, post office did not reply to my complain, of course it is clear in there tracking system i did not recieved the product. Ali express knew i did not recieved my order, Im wasting my time complaining with them, i know i will get nothing,, but i dint mind i will tell everyone my expirienced so that some people will be aware.
I have purchased many items from AliExpress and have been pleased with everything I have ordered. Their selection of items is endless and most items have free shipping. I'm yet to have a bad experience from shopping from their site.
I would give minus stars but had to put one. They literally just SCAMMED/STOLE almost $400 from my boyfriend! He bought a watch as he has more than a few times before. He returned it because it was to small for him when he tried it on. They received it, he showed proof even, messaged back and forth. They won't give him back his money! So they have the watch back and his money! This is going on YouTube, everywhere! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
Ordered from AliExpress and spent over $100. I live in a new build community so my address DO NOT show up on Google. I manually typed my address... I've been living here 8-months, but AliExpress changed what I put and sent it to another address that doesn't exist. They gave me 2-3 days to return the item that I never received! Clearly showing that it arrived at the Post Office.
I called the US Post Office who told me they returned it. AliExpress told me to get something from the USPS saying that... that's not how they operate. If it takes a month for me to receive the item, how does AliExpress expect to receive it back in 2-3 days. Straight Chinese RIP OFF! You take huge risks ordering from AliExpress, because they're in China and nobody wants to be ripped off. For me, I'm done! NEVER AGAIN!
Aliexpress is a scam, I paid and I got an empty package, but they told me to contact the carrier. But they didn't tell me how to contact them, nor did they tell me what I needed to do after I contacted them.
Finally, they didn't refund my money. I paid for the money, and time, and an empty bag.
Their product permanently damaged my belongings by staining them in red after I wore it first time. Good luck reaching them, it takes undescribable effort to get to a live agent (you literally need to google some sort of secret code to write if you want to talk to a live representative, otherwise you are fotever going to talk to a robot) and once you finally get to them, the chat literally disappears within 2 mimutes of not answering, so if you or the agent looks for a code or checking any details of a product you have issue with and it takes more then 2 min to come back to the chat, it ends automatically and you have no way to get back, they never come back to you, there is no phone number to reach them, and if you get again to a live chat, you will get different representative so you need to explain your problem all over again. I tried 6 times, over 3 weeks of hustle to even get to a live chat and 6 times I had to explain the same issue to 6 different people and all 6 of them use reassuring sentences how AliExpress cares about clients and will do anything to resolve this problem etc etc... bull$#*!, they do not take any responsibility whatsoever to solve your problem, the only thing you can get is a refund for the product. That said product which stained my belongings had 15$ of value. I really dont care about 15$, its the value of my belongings that I needed to get reimbursed, my brand new white shoes and white purse was in value over 200$ and it had permanently red stains. I tried to clean it with everything but no luck. Avoid shopping with them at every cost, is not worth it. Makes you lose precious amount of time only to resolve absolutely nothing
I believe the purpose of this company is to string together merchants with no moral compass. This enables the logistics should they actually be inclined to honor a purchase. It also provides the support network for merchants who actively steal money from customers as a supplement to their sales, or as their only real product. I have dealt with them once and lost $54. My observations come from the stated fulfillment policies and communications from the merchant and the company.

Then they changed to my old address and every way that i tried to change it back again was a computerized run around. I'm not good with computers, they need an actual number where you can speak to a person... This was stupid, i could see they were sending
to my old address for several weeks... If they would have checked where my bank card came from, they would have seen it was paid in montana... Not California and get the computer fixed... How could it possibly send to the old address once i changed it?...
This is the worst platform to buy things. I never recieved my refund. Even tho I explained to them multiples times that I update my credit card in my account they still refused to pay me! Absurd.

I purchased a small humidifier for $10 and it just does not work. They want me to return it to China for a replacement. It will cost me twice what I paid for me to ship it to China. I will delete their app.
There is a pointless recourse for defective items and you are left high and dry for a grievance. I purchased a smart watch which refused to pair with the app even my best effort after a day of trial. The Aliexpress referred it to supplier in China who refused even to consider making one excuse after other. I am stuck with that watch and lost my money…. My opinion do not use Aliexpress for anything. They cannot help if the item is defective…. Cheers

I just opened an account without selling or buying and my account was temporary unavailable without any explanation so cannot use their website. No contact details and a link they provide for disputes goes nowhere. I would recommend using them. Bum outfit!
AliExpress in no way is an Express; It is a Lottery at best. 25% of my orders failed. Out of 8 orders placed lately on AliExpress, two failed, six came okay; an unacceptable statistic.
One of the failed orders was for a part that felled apart on opening. While there is no financial damage to me (I received my money back), it was a waste of several weeks waiting for the part and then some to receive refund.
The other failed order never arrived. Somehow it was reported delivered. Do not know who and on what basis declared that. My dispute with AilExpress was closed out without me knowing it. AliExpress' justification, which I discovered after the fact, was shocking: (sic!) "You didn't provide us with valid evidence to prove you haven't received the package, we assume you have received the package". Yes, sure, blame it on customer himself. Guilty unless proven innocent. No request for "valid evidence", no information on what kind of evidence "of not receiving" is valid, no proof of delivery provided, no responses from a Chinese vendor named Outdoor Equipment Store to four order status inquiries.
I contacted EVA (Chat). For a while it seemed I was getting some traction. EVA was going to contact the vendor and promised to reply within 48 hours. They asked me for my direct email address etc. (as if they did not have it) and then… a complete radio silence. It has been a week now.
In Summary, Chinese vendor named Outdoor Equipment Store is a scammer and it has been supported by AliExpress' inaction. My fairly small financial loss is a cheap lesson learnt.
The most off-putting for me to continue buying on AliExpress website is the fact that AliExpress condones dishonest vendors like Outdoor Equipment Store. Writing creative justifications, like the one quoted above, is an example. A scarry and self-destructing business practice.
It is just too bad for many good honest vendors using AliExpress platform being painted with the same brush.
Answer: No customer service. Some sellers are dishonest. No way to recoup your money for items never sent. Bogus tracking information since no custom number unavailable. Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
