When items are not as described or don't arrive AliExpress didn't help me at all. My advise is to pay a bit more and buy from Amazon.
I ordered my package with the correct address, but they somehow cut off the street name from the address when they shipped it. So after over a month of the shipping company sending it all over they finally returned to sender. I opened up a dispute and told them that the shipping company returned the product to sender. I then received an email with the response. They changed my reason for asking for a refund to something completely different than what I had submitted and than auto rejected it based on that false reason. I spent over $60 and won't get anything back.
Charged me for an item that they never delivered. When I requested refund, the seller started sayin I was poor and a low life.

Ordered 3 times for over 100 dollars (total price) under 2 separate orders shipped by Aliexpress shipment. They grouped it into one shipment and did not provide full information for shipment on a label (according to our Canada Post). Since they had no correct final address, they could not deilver so it went back to HK. After weeks of me fighting with them all they agreed to do is to refund 16 dollars for 1 item. After that they started to ignore my queries. Their support system just say that it will be escalated and nobody calls back. Site is garbich. Safer to use Amazon or Ebay.

I have been buying from Aliexpress for years.
Recently more and more failed deliveries and invalid tracking information.
I bought 2 times from Car Diagnsotic Tool Store and both times the same process.
Invalid tracking information. The seller keeps saying he will suport until it is too late.
Refund are refused by Aliexpress, because the consider it my fault.
Seller promisses to resend, but then stops responding.
It is the first time I have been scammed on Aliexpress, but I will never buy again.
I'm frequently using AliExpress service for more than 10 years and till now was satisfied. In most of cases you get more than you pay. One should take into account that sometimes delivery can take long (especially if delivery is for free) and be careful in choice of the shop, i. E. read reviews and avoid too low priced products. Good point is that I was reimbursed in all (rare) cases when received a damaged product.
Aliexpress allows small vendors to lie on their product descriptions about certification. I bought lights from the vendor, it said it supported 110V but there is no indicator on the actual product that it truly supports what it described. They only have 220V labels on the lights. Also, some don't have certification stickers. When I reach out to the vendor and ask them about it. They said they "forgot" to put the proper sticker and ask me to remove the 220V and so that the electrician will believe it supports 110V to install it. Oh my God. How can one ask the customer to "lie" to get an unsafe product to be installed? Too many scammers there, I will NEVER buy from aliexpress again. And tell all my friends not to do that.
Unfortunately, it was more than 30 days, I cannot open a dispute and nor cannot even leave feedback. So I am telling people out there that the seller that I dealt with is LOMYE Official Store. The seller chose to ignore me too instead of feeling sorry about their mistake. What bunch of unethical people hence they have these strict policies. You don't see that with other online vendors.
Bought 2 pairs of shoes. One fit, 1 too small. Left negative review so now they cancel my orders when I try to order anything else. Payment clears then they close the order for "security" reasons; however, orders to certain other items do go through. I buy from many sites. This is just vindictive. Don't ask for reviews if you can"t handle the truth.
It is now December 2. I ordered an expensive watch on September 17. It arrived at New York customs on October 14. Seven weeks later the package has still not made it to me. I initiated a dispute with AliExpress on the earliest date I could, December 1. AliExpress responded that it was my problem and that they would release payment to the seller in five days. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company and hope they can get AliExpress to do the right thing.

Neither the seller or Aliexpress did anything to correct the problem. I only got robot replies or nonsense and run around, asking me if I could still use the product, if I could send pictures of the product, when I REPEATEDLY told them that I didn't get anything to use or photograph just an empty bag. For some reason Aliexpress sided with the seller and did not issue me a refund. I imagine that is always the case. This is a company that protects scammers! Stay away!
If i knew it would take 2 months to receive my product i would never have ordered from here. The worst service. Do Not waste your time. They don't even respond when you have questions. Just terrible.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
