They do okay on some orders to get your confidence in them up. They say free return for any reason is guaranteed. Then you request to return an item that doesn't fit its description. They approve your return. They keep the item AND your money. AVOID!

Very few trustworthy companies. Most are crooks. Aliexpress does nothing to help. Omgwigs forced me to leave a 5 star review to get a partial refund. Now I know why they have so many 5 stars. Aliexpress does NOTHING about this and doesn't allow you edit reviews because they're in on it! Be VERY WARY about this site. Poor suckers will see my "5" star and the cycle continues. Pics are what you order, full lace vs what you get, expensive 4x4 and itchy edged wig. Way too pricey for a non 13x4 lace. This is a $30 wig being sold to suckers like me for almost $100. Disgusting. I was able to get 37 bucks back AFTER blackmailing me into a 5 star review.

So, I ordered a small wave maker, around $50.00 CAD, and I knew when I ordered it, that it would take about 2+ months to get.
That said, when I started to look at the tracking, it showed that the seller shipped the item, and it was returned. Not once, but the shipper sent it out 14 times, it was given to line haul, to the Airline and returned.
This has been going on for 2 months, the item never ever made it out of China. So I talked to Customer service and tried to explain that it was obvious that this Seller did not know how to put a package together that would allow it to leave China, Eva at Customer service was very nice and said that she would escalade a dispute to get me a refund. 24 hours later I received an email from Aliexpress that stated that now the package has been shipped once more, and to give the Seller until December 15 to get the item to me. Well it was shipped, and now the item once more has been returned.
The Seller sent me a text saying how sorry he was, and that if I wanted the item, to order it from another website and he would ensure that the package would get to me in 10 days. So what he is asking me to do is to pay twice for one item, and based upon his history with shipping, good luck.
All I can say is if you are going to buy from Aliexpress, do your homework, the Seller I am dealing with shows a 97.4% plus rating, go figure. I will see what happens on December 15th.
If you buy a scamlike product they will not refund you, you will have to pay for shipping all the way back to china. Its better to spend a bit extra on sites that look out for their customers more like amazon.
They allow fraudulent sellers to post rubbish and often damaged or second hand product. A lot of the sellers are good but AliExpress seems to look after the seller first and buyer second with little to no purchase protection.
EBay is far safer.
On 9 Sept 2021 I placed multiple small orders to different sellers. Without ever being asked or even informed, most of them were combined by Aliexpress into a single package. They call this an "upgrade" aka Combined Delivery and they give it a NEW tracking number. They got my address wrong so this Combined package never even left the Sorting Centre of my country's Postal Service but was directly returned to them due to "insufficient address". That was the beginning of the nightmare for me and it can happen to you.
A) I contacted all sellers whose products were included in that package.
- One never answered,
-two told me via an automated message to call a company in Argentina (MailAmericas)
- two offered sollutions like "order something else and we will send you the lost item with the new order"
-the rest told me to open a dispute which I did for all of them.
B) Aliexpress refunded ONE of them immediately but kept rejecting the other refunds saying that the packages were waiting to be picked up. Conveniently for them, they use the ORIGINAL tracking numbers BEFORE the Combined Delivery which, of course, are non existent.
After submitting and re-submitting "evidence" for 2 months, I managed to get refunds for some of the orders. HOWEVER, the sums refunded were MUCH lower than what I had originally paid.
Also, there is no indication in my bank statement which refund pertains to which order so I can only guess.
Today 13 November, I am still uploading evidence to get a refund from a seller. BEWARE! As soon as I rejected their offer for "no refund", an automated email arrived with the same offer. Do NOT make the mistake not to answer by rejecting their offer anew because they will use it against you.
I have uploaded photos where you can see today's emails, proof from the Cainiao Tracking service that the Tracking number they give in the email has been changed (so it does not exist) and proof from the Hellenic Post Tracking service which shows the package with the CORRECT tracking number on its way back to China.
I purchased two cosplay outfits from AliExpress on 8/17/2021. I received the items but they were all extremely small and did not fit. I attempted to start a return through AliExpress via dispute as I did not see another way. I was NeVER informed about the next steps to the dispute and the window for the next steps closed. I attempted to reach out to the two merchants on AliExpress. One never responded and the one that did was unable to assist me. I attempted to dispute the charge with the bank and that was eventually denied much to my dismay as I had done everything I could to reach out and get these items returned and refunded but to no avail. From my standpoint AliExpress has scammed me out of $110 and has terrible customer service that almost rivals YumeTwin's. Unless this issue gets resolved I will never purchase from AliExpress again even if there prices are cheaper and I fully intend to review everywhere I can about this experience as it was terrible. Should AliExpress choose to attempt to remedy this situation I would be more than happy to edit my review at that time.
First time using this company and I purchased parts for my Mitsubishi. While the less pricy parts came within 2 weeks, the most and urgent one came in 2 months. A month later than expected. I sent several messages to cancel the purchase and refund my money, AliExpress kept delaying and keep saying need to send an approval, not sure of what. I didn't receive the item to prove anything. It was showing on my profile a Logistic Error with no explanation. Bad communication, don't try them. One of the parts end up doesn't work with my vehicle and I had to purchase a dealer one as I couldn't keep the car off the road any longer. Bad customer service. Nothing like Amazon in which I use all the time. The delayed part came and AliExpress won't take it back as I had to purchase a refurbish from Amazon in which came to me in 3 days. This was the first and last time will used AliExpress. Not a good experience.

I placed an order for 2 pair of sneakers to Datong shoe store from Aliexpress for $45.53. My order number is: **************. Seller sent me wrong shoe models. I open a dispute with Aliexpress and sending in 3 pictures as evidence. The first 2 pictures are original pictures seller posted in his listing. The 3rd picture depict the shoes I received. I ordered shoe from picture A and seller sent me shoe from pictures B. Aliexpress admits seller did send me wrong shoe style then they add because the shoe color (?) are right, I will only entitle a partial refund of $9.11. I paid $4.99 USD for the MS office 365 pro plus to some Digi-Store (one of the seller on ali express).
It was mentioned, in 5 minutes after the payment I will get a product activation key for the MS office 365. But I did not, instead of it the seller sent me one email ID as a username and password. Seller said go to office.com and use this email ID and password to launch MS Office. I did the same thing but later I found that It was Online MS Office, which is free for everyone. Now I am asking the seller to send me the product key as he promised but he is not replying. So please do not buy anything from ali express. And thank God it was just a petty amount.
Worst service I have ever received in my life! I'm a lace wig Queen and I've ordered from other vendors. But HALO is theeee worst I've ever come across. The order took forever then when it arrived it looked like a shaved dog! Almost all of the latest orders have not been received. Sellers order a fake track number (often for a package weighing 1-10 grams) and the product is simply registered for shipment or does not leave the warehouse. In the reasons for opening a dispute on order - the possibilities for the reasons for opening a dispute are curtailed + AliExpress often takes the side of scammers. Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
