From order ID **************. AliExpress is a thief; they sold low-quality dresses and refused to refund my money when I returned them; it's a huge scam.
I have ordered a rather expensive body contouring machine which costs me nearly £2500. The seller provided a fake tracking number to the platform and never get the machine sent. I started a dispute but the judgement from AliExpress is purely based on the fake tracking number and concluded the machine has been delivered, while ignoring the fact that within the tracking information it clearly shows the delivery address doesn't even match with my postcode. And they now asked me to supply the courier company's missing parcel documents within 5 days otherwise they are going to release the payment to the seller, which I obviously can't. I was not even the recipient of that parcel! How can I provide the missing parcel documents of something that doesn't even belong to me? I have tried to contact AliExpress's team multiple times but obviously they are even part of this scam. All agents are pre-colluded and all of them were asking me to provide the delivery documents despite I have explained to them again and again that I am not even the recipient of the parcel from that fake tracking number and they ignored all the evidence submitted to them. This is my first order on this website and it turns out it is an outright scam. I have already reported this to Action Fraud and my bank. This website should be banned in the UK and backlisted by all banks to prevent further fraud activity. Avoid at all costs!
90% all goes well. Some sellers send bad tracking. Item never arrives. Dificult to get refund then..
I have the CORRECT address listed in my account. Two orders I made were shipped to the WRONG address because the shippers added numbers to the address. Result? NO REFUNDS NO PARTS BECAUSE THE SHIPPERS SCREWED UP. Thanks for Nothing Ali Express! In fact, I PAID for nothing.
Bought a watch movement from OULIGUAN WATCH TOOLS Store which did not run on arrival - made a request to return but Aliexpress were no help and closed the case. Total loss.

Got a new phone from GuoPhone Store on AliExpress.
The phone came and was clearly not new. I have 3 phone of the same model bought direct 2 years ago (not an option when I was buying or I would have taken it) and as we looked it over it turned out to be a mix of parts from different models. It was missing all the branding on the back these phone are known for. It has an IMEI from a different model line on it. I started a dispute claiming the phone was counterfeit, posted video and pictures for proof. I had the phone already and putting them side by side it was easy to see something wrong.
I was too nice and asked for a partial refund because I could still use the pile of parts on wifi which worked for my needs.
The seller flat out refused, said its supposed to have an IMEI from a different phone in it.
So I asked to return for refund - the seller does nothing.
So AliEpress steps in.
After a few days and review of my proof they would not say the phone was counterfeit. But they would agree that the phone is "Appearance/size is not as described"
They give me two options $15 discount keep the phone. For all my money and return. I accepted the return and rejected the refund.
It did not matter what I wanted. The seller accepted the $15 refund and that's what I got.
AliExpress Help was useless, they just kept saying "You accepted" and 5 Appeals were rejected because "you accepted"
So fine. I talked to the seller. After GuoPhone Store stopped saying "You Accepted" over and over for days, I finally got their return offer. I pay all shipping, fees, customs, and commission and I can return it. So if I pay $50, I can have the privilege of returning their pile of parts for the remaining money they took from me.
I don't care anymore I'm at the point where I just want this to be over. I accept, get an address and return instructions and shipped it back.
We have yet to get anything back. I may have just got double screwed over by these guys who will probable sell the phone again...
L was ordered humans hair 30 inch highlights wig and I received after two weeks completely different from the order. When I tried to call customer service they put wrong phone numbers and no order information in the them websites. This is unacceptable and scams and taking some one money by providing junk items. Please do not order this website.
Seller Eva, Costumer Service& the hire escalation team does nothing. I have contacted all over 7 times for months about my defective machine I paid over 3,000 for. Each time I had to repeatedly write my order number, send videos and photos and each time got the same response a hire team will contact you. They all do nothing. I got scammed out 3,000 with no partial refund or new machine. Do not order from aliexpress or Eva. I will report to cops, with all emails, photos, screen shots and all. DO NOT ORDER
After a 4year hiatus due to getting ripped off on AliExpress, I tried them again. Oh stupid me for thinking that they have improved. NOT! AliExpress condones fraudsters and unscrupulous sellers. Their customer relations is categorically the pits.
Seller sent me a completely different item and seller never contested the dispute that I filed. AliExpress refunded me only 60%, claiming that the garbage items that I received "still has value". The item was supposed to be an aluminum off-road light with heavy duty powder coating. Instead, they sent plastic lights that literally falls apart and is not water tight. I even proved to AliExpress that I had to order from a different seller to replace the garbage lights, but they literally shut the door on me saying that my "dispute is over".
Despite their MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, AliExpress refused to fully refund me.
Don't buy here. AliExpress harbours fraudsters and always decide in favour of their unscrupulous sellers. At least Ebay has a zero tolerance and have consistently refunded me fully for garbage items. Perhaps AliExpress doesn't have the "thousands of sellers" they claim to have and are protecting the few they have to survive.
Dishonest sellers are protected, save your money because if you need a refund you will not get it! Does this look like a burgundy dress? Well I got a burgundy dress in the mail and lost cloee to $30 because they stuck with their story "you no order yellow dress", and they kept my $$. Dishonest sellers = NOT A RELIABLE SITE.
I ordered light sabers for my children for Christmas, was worried at first because I tried to track my package and it said seller had canceled my order so I contacted Ali Express and she verified that my order had been canceled and that I needed to contact seller and if seller didn't respond after 7 days they would fully refund my money. Seller contacted me back the next day and explained that FedEx had changed tracking number and did not notify them, they gave me my new tracking number and a couple of days later I received my package and it was exactly what I ordered and it was in great working condition, I would definitely order from Ali express again
The razor blades which I received was terrible and they can simply not shave. I contacted the customer service to get an addres in order to return the razor blades, they referred me to the seller. When contacted the seller they referred me back to the FAQ page of the customer service. It repeated without any results. When asked few times for the address, no reply and still no reply. Now I get email that I have a respons from the seller, when I open it they seems to be advertisements/reclames.
Scam do not buy from these people. Just another company ripping off customers with cheap products and ideas they steal from other companies.

When you return the goods and seek for the refund.It seems that aliexpress warehouse seldom confirm receipt even UPS system has explicitly stated that item is successfully delivered. I waited for two weeks and they insist on refusing confirm receive. So I turned to the PayPal for dispute. Since I paid several orders at the same time. When I dispute one of these orders the remaining orders were frozen by aliexpress at the same time. I also found those frozen orders cannot confirm receipt and open dispute right now since they have been frozen even one of my other order seems lost in the transit. I felt such terrible to use aliexpress.
I won't be using you again. Very bad experience with this defective item and not accepting my plea to return it even I have evidence. Not answering me and not helping me deal with the rude seller
The cellphone looked like POCO Xiaomi, but I realized that it is counterfeit Xiaomi cellphone after I received the cellphone. AliExpress Canada agrees my refund request, but I have to pay for the cost of returning a counterfeit cellphone. The cost is half of what I paid for the cellphone. It is unfair.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
