I am having trouble with just signing in. I needs to be much easier to input the shipping address. No way to get an address form on screen.
Would have given them a 0 if possible. Ordered a screening replacement for a broken electronic picture frame. After not hearing anything I checked the site and discovered THE SELLER CANCELED THE ITEM. Apparently they had a shipping problem but never bothered to tell me that they canceled. Had to start a dispute to get my money back and now they want all kinds of information about the broken picture frame. Why would that matter since I never received the replacement and they got my money. I would warn anyone to order from them. Should have ordered from Amazon and paid a few $ more. At least they stand behind there customers and just make things right if the seller doesn't.
I have been after a refund for a month now and still trying to receive it. Be careful with this site, they keep promising and they reassure that you will receive a refund but they keep saying you will receive it. I give up... they can keep the money... won't be shopping with them anymore. I belong to Wish and they are a lot better with their customer service... Their clothing and nightclub fashion wear, and fetish fashion wear looks nothing like the pictures on aliexpress. It's pretty cheap to buy from them but clothes, fetish wear, shoes look tacky. And the sellers are not professional either. Just terrible attitude.

Things do not arrive, refunds are partial. To save a couple of euros, at the end you spend time and lose money (they do not refund you all). Avoid buy on Aliexpress/Alibaba if you live in Europe. Spend some euros more and get your things early and securely.
Ordered parts in october. Shipping information is all wonky, yet its January of 2022 and never received it. Filed a dispute with no luck. They said its in the USA, and I still never got it.
Emailed the company and told them I never received it, and they replied "OK" And that's it. No help, no refund. I probably wont order off ali express again
Hi, I have very bad experience w. R. t. Customer service of aliexpress and also seller. Sellers ship the product even after cancellation request and customer support of aliexpress keeps saying they are on customer side and don't do anything. Deceiving and bad platform for customers.

If they obligated a return to get your money back, it's unfare. You see for those companies to ship items over here is dirt cheap. For you to send back is a price. For 60 dollars or less, a large portion of what you spent would get eaten up in the return shipping. The only dispute that may be fare is the few cases that the item was decided that they'd just give a refund.

I bought a pair of outdoor insulated hiking pants from an Aliexpress seller. I used their size guide and bought 4xl pants. The ones that arrived are labeled as being 4xl, and maybe they are in some countries, but not in any western country that I know of. They are at best a medium, at worst, small. I bought a pair of headlights from a company on this site. Almost $500.00 for the set. Took a little over 3 months to arrive and when they did, they did not work! I'm currently trying to return them for a refund and they say I'm outside of the return time frame. So not only did I have to wait 3 months for broken headlights, I also may lose $500.00. I should of listened to my friends and stayed with Ebay.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
