Product cheating by wring picture

They put the wrong picture for the title. I ordered a trackball mouse and it shows in the picture but got a USB receiver. No use. Not responding to my request by the seller or ALiexpess Customer service.

I ordered an item several months ago from this website and it go lost for some reason. I do not receive this item yet. It is time to close the sales because it has been too long. AliExpress gave me a three day period for me to deal with the delivery agent, USPS, to resolve this issue. I cannot get an answer from USPS and AliExpress said that they did all they can do so they released the purchase amount of money to the seller. I protested and asked why I am responsible their delivery issue. I order an item and all I need to do is wait for its delivery to my front door, period. If I do not receive the item, it is the seller's and AliExpress's responsibility, not mine. I receive no response at all and the sales is closed, i. E. I lost the money I paid for this purchase.

Some Sellers are Cheaters

Never issued refund. Be aware of "Waiting For U Store" seller. Totally scam and fake. Seller knows that customer can't do anything. If you buy more than one product they will only mail out one and the cheapest one. Keep the money for expensive ones and never refund you your money back. Ali Express will close the dispute without refunding you. And there is no way to re-apply for dispute. I read reviews about other buyers too who got scammed.

It's a SCAM

It's a scam

I have order products from Aliexpress with order no ************** and it was pre paid orders. I never received this order.

I waited for over 2 months. After two months Tracking updated and it was mentioned delivery attempt failed. I never received any call or massage for yhis delivery. So tracking information is false.

Upon this I contacted seller, seller responded delivery failed which is not correct.

I raised for dispute, AE customer care interfere, closed dispute with reason product is delivered to customer. I request for appeal further. Later they remove option for dispute from order.

It is complete scam by seller and aliexpress.

Never order from Aliexpress. You loose your money.

It's all about service

I've ordered from them before. But I see when something isn't right, it doesn't go so well.

Simple MP3 player - $13. When I connect it to my pc (which I've done so many times), the new drive letter never shows. I tried my own cable also and my desktop & laptop, but the same thing.
So if I can't transfer songs to the MP3 player, it's useless and worthless to me.

To complete their dispute form, it's MANDATORY that I include a photo AND video. The submit button wouldn't accept until I did so. How silly to take a 10 second video of me showing the USB plugged in and how no drive letter other than "C" shows (as if it's really visible on the video anyway).
I don't know about most people, but when a business treats you like that, you don't do business with them anymore.
Hey, did I mention they also sent me the wrong color player (silver instead of black)? Well gee, Asia is just around the corner, right? As if I would bother returning it for any reason.

Bad pruducts

AliExpress sells very bad products on the image it's so big but when you buy it so small. If they were 0 stars I will rate 0. I bought a sewing machine and they fort me the wrong charger. AliExpress told me to contact the seller so I did. The seller told me to go buy another.
This is not a policy it's bad normally he is supposed to get you another.

Terrible site that I will never use again. Ever!

I originally searched for an external blu ray player for pc. I did this through Google. It led me to this 'fantastic' deal. I should have known better. Anyway, I purchased it. When it turned up, I installed it and stuck in my first disc. It didn't work. I thought it odd that nowhere did it say blu ray player but I thought it must be a bad disc. So, I ended up trying three discs to no avail. So I lodged a dispute and asked the owner for a refund. They said if I returned the item (at my expense), then once they confirmed it had been returned they would refund the money for the item only. So I lodged a dispute with AliExpress themselves. Their first offer was a refund of $0.00. They responded very quickly, same day. This was because I had not established that the product did not do what was described and the seller had 'demonstrated' that thei tem was as described. This is despite their own images clearly showing that it played blu ray discs. So, I did a movie showing that it did not play blu ray movies. I am still waiting on a reply. This site is shonky and misleading. They should not even be allowed to sell items.

Terrible shopping site. Didn't get my items. Website says 'dispute is concluded', but nothing has been sent to me, I didn't get any refund either. Help-site is off-line, 24/7 chat is off-line. Not recommend to buy from this site. You will loose your money.

My first piece of advice would be, don't spend money you can't afford to loose.
I've used AliExpress for a few years now. Sometimes the products turn out to be great, sometimes not so. So keep it to cheap purchases so you don't cry over wasted money.
Be prepared to wait a long time for delivery.
I have opened a number of disputes over list deliveries etc. but my money has always been refunded or the item re-shipped.
My biggest issue is usually quality or size. Let's face it, you get what you pay for, but would you risk paying more?
$15 fishing reel that rusts when it smells salt water.
$5 balaclava, XL size that would not fit a baby.
$70 go-pro type camera that doesn't have anti-shake and so isn't so good for motor sport.
But some things turn out to be great value. I've bought heaps of electronic components, cake tins, kitchen utensils etc. that have been fine.
To me it's a bit of cheap fun.

Thief my money

It'd been a few weeks now and I have yet to receive my money from AliExpress. I bought a wig from a seller on their website and the hair was poorly made unwearable so I returned it. The hair was delivered and upon contacting them for my money they still refused to return my money. I don't recommend doing business with them plus the staff Mavis was very rude, unprofessional and inconsider. Spend you money local these people don't care and customer satisfaction, won't be doing business with AliExpress and Allovehair seller ever again. The seller try to extort me saying if I give them 5 star review they would release my money. How could I be dishonest the hair is trash I won't lie to people.

The Aliexpress sucks. I purchased a PCIE to NVME adapter and it didn't work. I opened a dispute. The seller request resending a replacement and I accepted. Now, the seller refuses to resend the item after dispute was closed. There is no chance to open a new dispute OR do anything else. Everytime I try to contact their customer service, they always lead me to EVA, an illogical answer machine. They just have no control with the lack of scamming seller. I am trying to dispute it from my bank now. Will never do any transaction with them in the future.

When purchasing from AliExpress you gotta due your research. Other sites like eBay or Etsy have independent sellers and to ensure you are buying a good product what's the best thing to do? Look at the feedback and ratings for each store. I have had a few times when I did not receive a package for whatever reason and AliExpress customer service goes through a processing service to help get refunds. The only downside is that you have to be thorough when explaining the issues. I don't mind waiting for something but sometimes they can expect you to wait over two months so I usually keep my shopping to clothing or Jewlery.

Be careful - Fraudsters!

Be careful. Dont buy anything you need within a certain time and dont buy for more money than you can afford to lose!

AliExpress claims to have Buyers Protection, but in fact its 100% false! Its a Sellers protection! When making a dispute after waiting months past the delivery date and therefore using the buyers protection because order has not arrived AliExpress refuse to help. They immediately just deny it without reading the claim and extend the period over and over again to protect the seller NOT the buyer! Even though you are entitled to refund they dont care. They refuse to help and always protect the seller at any cost! We lost too much money on this!

Buy from Wish instead. You can get all the same at roughly same prices and they actually will help you in such case!

On this market place you can find a variety of affordable things. Once you place an order, it most at times takes very long to receive the product. Occasionally you get products that ship fast and if you order a lot of stuff from different sellers, you might not be able to keep up with meticulously following up with every product therefore sometimes as a customer you loose money because you may not receive your product and the seller will not refund your money either and they will check it as received when they know for instance that the product was returned to them. Once AliExpress's 2 weeks time frame for dispute passes, the case will be closed and when you notice this after the 2 weeks, you will be at the mercy of the seller who most of the time will not like to give your money back. I have lost money via this process because I have a chronic illnesses that makes following all the stuff I order meticulously impossible. Unfortunately for some sellers who would like to give you the money back when you realize it and complain, it's a partial coupon refund and so you loose money anyway and at that time you cannot even warn others by writing a review, which also closes after some time. Furthermore, when you have a defective item and you contact a seller, they might tell you not to open a dispute and that they will settle it with you but unfortunately they almost never refund your money and you may loose money. Always open a review if you can. It usually is the only means by which any mediation can be made for you. Coming to the issue of sending items back, it can sometimes be a pain and sometimes though the mistake maybe no fault of yours but you need to pay for shipping or you wouldn't get your money back. I bought hair for $325 which was defective. The seller told me that they will settle it for me. They made me post the wig to them incurring shipping cost only to tell me that the wig has been worn and washed. I could not file a dispute because the time for dispute filing was past by the time then. I explained to them that the wig is still within warranty and that nobody wears a lace wig with the front lace intact. The wig in the picture was supposed to be 180% full. I asked them to check that since they had the wig and I had no response from them. I sent them a picture of a 100% full lace wig I had worn and washed severally which was 3 times cheaper and which never looked bald. Some of the sellers are crooks and will take your money for no reason. I told the my lawyer will write to them and they stopped responding to my messages. Attached is the receipt and the picture of the wig I bought at about $325. I got no money nor the wig returned. They took my money. These issues need to be addressed by AliExpress and steps taken to make the buyer feel assured in buying stuff from AliExpress else you need to ask yourself as a buyer if you can take risk before buying.

False Advertising

On their site it says BOBOVR HEADSTRAP WITH Battery for $29.99. So they send me a battery with no headstrap. I questioned them via text & they tell me I only ordered a battery. That's not what the description says! They tell me I can get a refund. By the time I do that & ship it back, it would cost me double. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS Ali Express. They will find ways to cheat you.

We ordered two Zorb balls from an AliExpress seller in Hong Kong, for a total of more than $1,800. Both balls arrived with holes in them. The seller offered $100 instead of sending what we paid for. We opened a dispute with PayPal, but they said we had to mail the balls back on our dime for a full refund. The balls are 85 lbs each so it would have been $1,100 to mail them both back. We would have been out $1,100 for nothing. We are keeping the balls and will have to patch them. For over $900 per ball, I wouldn't have expected having to repair them right out of the box. Also, you can only open a dispute with AliExpress within 15 days or leave feedback within 30 days. They know their sellers are selling crap and they don't want people to warn others. So here's our warning: don't buy from AliExpress sellers. Especially not Top Inflatable_Zone Store.
