So far I have received 3 of 5 items I ordered and only 1 was fine. The other two were not complete or just change to something else.

I purchase toner cartridge for our Xerox Machine, It arived on the box it had the model number and same weight as original, After we instal it in few hours the machine giving bad copy and gray bands, Called for service it turn out to be the toner wasnot correct, We spend nearly $1000 to fix the problem, Wahtch out for these suppliers.

Seller did not deliver the item which was ordered but shipped a different item.
After opening a dispute, Ali Express asked me to return the item and seller will pay the return shipping charges, but later on they made another decision to not issue the refund. Unfortunately, I am very upset by this decision. It looks like AliExpress don't care about customers but gave favour to the sellers.

AliExpress and this seller left me a bad impression.

AliExpress Website has 75 Days of Buyer Protection Money-back Guaranty, which actually doesn't Exist on AliExpress. If any seller on AliExpress sent any wrong item, used item, or damaged item, your money is gone, and that doesn't cover Buyer Protection Money-back Guaranty. Don't trust the AliExpress website, and you will not get any help from them.

Received wrong items. Forget trying to contact customer service. I ordered a 2023 happy new years banner in black,white, gold and silver. I received little girls hair ties and a dark blue 2022 banner

Buyer beware! Ali Express fails to provide accountability, legitimate customer service, and buyer recourse if something goes wrong. I ordered some electronics which never arrived. When I contacted them for shipping information and requested a refund, the "customer service" was a chat provided by a 3rd party for whom English was not a first language. They sent me a bogus FedEx tracking number to get rid of me the first time I contacted them, and then said I had to open a dispute with PayPal which was a dead end. I now have to open a dispute with my cc. AliExpress *looks* like a crazy deal for US shoppers and I can see why people are tempted to shop there (I was!) but they very clearly do not have systems in place for accountable shipping or resolving customer issues and it is very easy for them to scam and frustrate you by hiding behind ESL chat as the only way to contact them.

I bought a model of the Titanic with lights which was supposed to be compatible to Lego.
My goodness me what a disappointment none of the bags were labelled correctly and the colours didn't match up with what they should have been. There were pieces missing and none of the pieces fitted. I am convinced they were all rejects.
The name block which should have spelt TITANIC spelt TITANAC. I was so disappointed with the whole thing and wish I had never bought the thing.
I would definitely NOT recommend to anybody and would not buy from this company again.

I bought an item from the scam company Aliexpress, I never received the item, I opened a dispute, the scam company Aliexpress denied my refund stating that the item is in my country, I went to my local post office, they told me that many seller at the scam company Aliexpress use fake tracking number and keep the money without sending anything, this is a joke! If you don't want to lose your money simply don't ever buy anything's from the scam company Aliexpress.

I ordered a projector Lamp from a grand store on Aliexpress. The package box looked fine. But one of the lamp holding tabs was broken and the lamp fell off the frame. It is useless. I believe that a broken item was packaged and shipped. I tried to contact Aliexpress many times. The solution is no refund with no explanation. I'll never buy anything from AliExpress again. It's just waste time and money. I would have rated this zero star if I could.

Placed an order on Jan 16. After a confirmation email, I haven't heard anything but keep receiving ADs. I can't log into my account and can't do anything else. The "forgot" link didn't ever send a code to my email. More over, it even claim invalid email address that it sent lot of junks to me. Looking at the contact page https://www.liveagent.com/directory/aliexpress-help-desk-contacts/, nothing is available - every listed choice marked as "N/A". I am thinking it might be a scam rather a business.

There are good sellers that treated you fairly, but some are not. Description of the things are varied, such as measurements, materials and especially their sizes. They're Asian size in general for clothing but sometimes the sellers don't know what they are doing. Making a purchase is about 50/50 chance but returning is not smooth as I experienced it. The lower section ask the proof of purchase which I already returned my merchandise but sellers pretended not received even with my mailing receipts.

We have an item which we ordered on the 7th Jan it still has not been sent we have canceled the order numerous times, it says awaiting cancelation then the order goes back to waiting to ship! We have had NO contact from the seller so what is the automatic cancelation after 48hrs we will not be using Ali express after this thankfully the item was not expensive and obviously they will get a poor review too take my advice use someone else

Retailer sent me a car stereo which did nothing when plugged in. After delaying me for 5 days asking me to test the unit using various devices which I don't have, they told me I would have to wait 10 days for a refund due to holidays (by which time my opportunity to dispute would expire). So I disputed it saying I wanted a refund. After waiting another few days Aliexpress told me a video showing the retailer connecting a different unit to a battery was proof that mine worked.? So I am out of pocket with a useless piece of junk and really not happy. EBay for me from now on. Aliexpress is cheap for a reason.

Purchased hard drive from AHU WIE Store. Store No.*******. Seller is a cheat. Claims that they have delivered my hard drive, but package has not arrived at all. Anyone, please teach me how do I show evidence that I have not received the goods? When asked for refund, they immediately refused and tried to close the case, pretending it is not their fault. BUYERS BEWARE. I absolutely condemn Aliexpress and this company for such poor business practices.

I have not bought anything from them. However, I did is browse some items on their site, and set up an account. Now I get bombarded with promotional texts, emails, and ads that appear on every other website I visit. I can't even block them successfully in Outlook, as they have some way to evade the "Block Sender" function. All of the items on the site have 5 star reviews, which is just not legitimately possible, so good luck with any purchases.

I bought a gold and black 50 th anniversary set it came back damaged and the company who they deal with is Xtoystore Awful horrible experience. I wasted 80$ and I'm being ignored. Worst experience ever!

12/14/22 ordered, not received on 1/23/23. Half month overdue. No contact line available. Waste time!

Their solution is no refund with with a lie or no explanation.
I've been shopping on Aliexpress over 20 years and I have realized that AliExpress don't care about their Customers but ONLY favor sellers.
Ali Express fails to provide accountability, legitimate customer service to the buyer.
It's *impossible* to speak to anyone (which is really frustrating!) and the help section of the website is completely automated.Aliexpress ensures it is extremely difficult or impossible to get a refund.
I've had some good purchases from AliExpress, but when things go wrong you're on your own.
You'll probably have to try and reclaim costs from your bank.
AliExpress's duty is to verify their sellers yet unlike EBAY or Amazon they are the Worst for customer services.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure seller is shipping what you have bought. Ali Express is not going to help.
There is no oversight or real attempt by this site to check on the sellers veracity.
Customer service protect the sellers only because that is where this site has chosen to put their trust.
Do not buy from any New Sellers that have no history or good reviews.
When you file a dispute, prepare for the dancing and the lies.
You can only depend of your Credit card to cancel your transaction and get a refund.
