Ordered two jackets. One came stained. The second one is missing, never delivered. I contested the charge saying it's lost in the mail and they auto-responded with a message saying my case was denied. I want to say "you get what you pay for" but I didn't even get that. I paid $40 for a stained jacket and $60 for absolutely nothing, a product that I'll never receive and a seller than won't respond.
Mediation with aliexpress seller was completed. Outcome was full refund and seller to pay for return shipping.
Alliexpress did not honor this and changed the offer to below return shipping cost even with photo proof of poor quality product. Do not wast you money. I found a higher quality japanese product cheaper in australia

I've had hundreds of good purchases from Aliexpress. For the very few (low value) items that weren't received, the dispute and refund process was painless.
Until I had a high value package go missing in transit. Even though the tracking shows it was never delivered, Aliexpress decided against and closed my dispute. After that you have no further recourse or means to contact Aliexpress.

I've been buying off of AliExpress over the last few months, typically low cost items that just seem too good to pass up. Was more of a game for me to see if ordering direct from China was worthwhile and it worked until I ordered something more expensive which I tried to return, and did not have any luck. My recommendation is if you're buying some throwaway or low risk items it's worth it. I recommend staying away from anything that's over $10.
I made an order on aliexpress the seller was Shop******* Store. They sent my package to an address 300 miles away from my how. The street address was correct, but the city and state was not mine. I provided the information to Aliexpress, but they refuse to help me!

I bought a wireless phone charger that does not charge my phone. It does not work at all. I wrote to them and they asked for a video which i sent to them but they rejected my claim for a refund.

AliExpress is backing up sellers and "scams" buyers you could say by not caring at all about the costumers, once you pay, you can go search for your items because they don't care.
I'll give you a nice example, I ordered couple of items, they bundled it to one package (obviously not by my choice) and somewhere along the way it got lost, I wad sent to search for it and contact the local post office (even tho' thats not part of my "job").
After shoeing them a mail by the post office claiming there is a problem with the package and they need to contact them for handling, AliExpress closed my disputes claiming I did not provide evidance that I never received my package, just bizzare.
Ofcourse the costumer support promiss it will all be fine while the disputes are being shut one after another WITH NO REFUNDS! So basically you pay for nothing and gets nothing, but hey, you paid.
DO NOT BUY FROM AliExpress! Do yourself a favor.
I posted my review on many review sites so that you are warned. I added pics (edited to hide my identity) to show how unreliable is Aliexpress. Again, my review is to help you and has no intention to acquire the refund anymore. So, Aliexpress is not safe to buy anymore IMO. READ the TERMS of the Buyer protection where basically Aliexpress can revoke your protection (how is that protection?) There's a huge risk of poor quality or missing items. Bottomline, shop at your own risk and good luck in disputes, oh you can VIDEO record every second of received package and you openning that package as proof (even with proof they still deny refund <---this has happened to me, 100% loss). I experience Missing item(s) where item was really stolen and I had to get USPS memo as proof in order to get partial (not full, about 60% of cost, my loss of 40%) refund. Also missing items where the package was intact and the legitimate seller admit to the mistake, BUT Aliexpress refuse refund during their dispute process because I did not acquire 'logistics carrier (USPS) proof or validation that the package was intact. Here's a quote from Aliexpress dispute process: "The tracking information shows that it delivered to your address. Please track it in the logistics official website or contact shipping company servicer to get more information, also, you could confirm with your family members or neighbors if they signed the package in the name of you. If you did not received, we suggest you to provide official document from post office or the shipping company to prove that you did not received the package." This was a dispute of only $1.38USD where the seller has admited that they did not package the missing item. Also I uploaded my proof of purchase and edited to protect my identity.
I receive a damage item and I opened a dispute twice and I had evidence and a picture of damaged items fully opened upon arrival and both times I was refused a refund by Ali express and after begging for a refund from seller, the seller never refunded me and BLOCKED ME from sending messages, this is the biggest fraud and scam I have ever experienced

I've had great experiences with AliExpress, until I bought an expensive item from a seller that didn't deliver what the photo showed. Then you realise that it is impossible to get hold of a human, and the bots aren't able to help you with anything out of the ordinary! I will be EXTREMELY weary of ordereing from that platform again!

Ordered Drone for my child and Its was showing hold by custom after a while. With no help from seller I opened A case at AliExpress which resulted In seller favor making me wait for over 1 Month They told me to contact the customs and i did, they could not find any information by the given Tracking number. Even I did told them, That i did not see any evidence from seller and i m the only one who had to proof everything. I had paid for custom like AliExpress charge at the checkout. I lost 890 Turkish lira and child is still waiting not knowing the situation. Buying is easy from AliExpress, When item did not send or come to you. You want be able to do anything

Fake sellers selling bogus products. I would think it would be AliExpress's duty to verify their sellers. I'm trying to get my money back, but not much help from AliExpress. Might never see my money again. Would not recommend them at all.
Had a empty package arrived clearly opened so i put in a claim

I ordered two things, they say that are delivered, But I never received or found any of the packages in site anywhere. Even checked with my local post office for proof to show I never received them. It's been months now, and they still wont grant me a refund or replacement of any sorts. It's a big scam website, don't use.
I placed an order in December for metal signs & novelty license plates, the visa payment was processed & my Ali Express account showed no orders pending. Impossible to contact anyone to sort out, if the website doesn't have the exact question to ask information on you will never get a resolution. No phone numbers, no email contact, buyer beware! Make your purchases elsewhere & save yourself the grief. The only proof of purchase is my Visa statement showing the payment for the order.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
