Ordered a dash camera for my car. It came with a dead battery. Asked for refund or replacement and getting nowhere. Kept asking me to send a photo to prove it. How can a photo showing the battery is bad. End up very frustrated. My very first order from Aliexpress too. Would never buy anything again from them.
I ordered a part for a motorcycle. It was not what I ordered when I got it. In order to return anything, it's all automated. I finally received a return approval with an address in China and 9 days to return it. I packaged it back back up and took it to the post office. The postage was going to be more than part cost. I tried the chat but got the run around and tried to cancel the return request. I had to go back on to the site and cancel it myself. If you think you need to buy from these people, be VERY careful. You cannot speak with anyone if you have an issue.
I bought an item on January and they said I would received it in February 02/2023.I waited two days after that and did not received the item. I queried it and an few days after they said the item had been delivered. I did not received the item, so I asked for my refund, they said it would take 3-20 business day, until this date of the review, there is no refund. I paid $96.58 for the item and they said I will get back $89.11. I keep asking them every day for my refund, still nothing yet.
The seller claims that that was the last item, so I took the chance and buy it, not knowing its all about money making for this company.
If they scam ten customers of approximately $7.00 per week, you can see clearly where this money is going and who is the looser and who is the winner.
My advise to potential customers, do not buy here, spend the extra $5.00 and buy from AMAZON, they have the best customer service and you get back full amount of money.
Customers, based on my review and am asking you to beware and dont fall into my situation where I keep asking for my refund. The customer service normally said not to worry they would fix it, but after you signed out, not action taken.
Yesterday I asked the customer service rep. (Eri) for an ARN # for my refund, she said they dont have it in there system, giver her 24 hours and she would e-mail it to, 24 hours has elapsed without any e-mail.
In case you wandering what's and ARN its (Acquirer Reference Number). If at anytime you asked for a refund and they claimed it is deposited ask them for an ARN number, so you can tell your credit card company, they refunded you the money and here is their ARN number.

Two parcels have not been delivered, each from supposedly two separate stores on AliExpress yet their responses are identical. Yesterday when I queried these, they showed still in transit on the site. Today they show delivered and when I requested tracking numbers and name of freight/delivery company, was given fraudulent Australia Post number. Despite providing evidence of this, the 'final' response in less than 5 minutes said that it was up to me to get a statement from the freight company to say they had not delivered my parcel. What delivery company? Despite showing screen shots of this ludicrous conversation, they still will not contact the seller to pursue the required information, and of course, I have received none sense replies that the parcel has been delivered with no proof of that whatsoever. Oh, and a notice yesterday that my package has been upgraded to 'combined delivery', suggesting the two packages will come as one. How interesting given they're saying both have already been delivered separately! Do not trust this site to provide any support to buyers.
Ordering on this website is like playing Russian roulette...especially when it comes to expensive items their 90 day protection is a big lie they manipulate the outcome never willing to correct or reimburse for mistakes once they got your money your only hope is prayers...very unreliable false advertisement on safety products that could endangered the buyer.bought a full bullet proof vest...only recived the carrier aliexpress refuse yo admit the false advertisement there solution was removed the item from the website and put the vendor and his store as of holidays, now am screwed with a expensive unless equipment be warned
I ordered a freaking steering wheel cover it was 10 11 dollars n it's been 3 weeks now when I track the package it says delivery confirmed n says finished but I never received my package I hate the fact there's no phone number to call n talk to anyone and when you try to chat it's another company that pops up called live chats or something that has nothing to do with aliexpess n they say they are a part of Ali baba this is bad for them I'm seeking legal action n suing for thousands because I know I'm not the only one they scammed THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED now
It was my first time ordering on AliExpress and there was a new users deal so I tried to place an order then they closed my order for "security" and they stole my money. I never got my money back either
I ordered an item before Christmas and still have not received it and it's the end of February. I tried reaching out on the website to check the order and it takes you back to shopping. I think I have been scammed

I have bought for around 300 $ items from this store, and the owner sent half of the items and stole the rest of my money and refused to refund me the money.
I added very bad reviews but he deleted all the pages with bad reviews and he re added same items with no people review so he will be able to steel people s money all over again.
Too bad #aliexpress customer support they refused to refund me, even though i have sent them the bad conversation with the supplier, the bill that i received through the post that shows that i have received 9 items, while i ordered 15.
I talked to them more than 10 times, and every time they say no refund.
So, i believe nowadays aliexpress is not dealing properly with fraud suppliers. Which make their customer service very bad and bunch of liars.
This site allows scammers to post items here at unbelievable prices. When the sale is made, the seller states that the item was delivered when in fact it was not. There is no oversight or real attempt by this site to check on the sellers veracity. Customer service must be for the sellers only because that is where this site has chosen to put their trust. Site won't last! Fool me once (for a small amount (4.99) shame on you! Fool me twice, is not going to happen. LET THE BUYER BEWARE!
Item was ordered, lost in transit, but marked by aliexpress scumbags and scammers, thieves as finished and they say it is ok as it is arrived to country LOL stay away from these $#*! suckers
