This is grossly disappointing. Twice, I ordered three (3) different 1/64 scale wings for my project. Not only that I didn't get the three I had ordered, I was shipped one, the wrong one. I WILL not order anything from this company again.

I bought a head massager from them on November 29th, 2022. I received the item on December 12th and the box was ripped up. So I opened a dispute with them and they agreed to give a refund as long as I returned the item. I sent it back the next day but I was sending it from Canada to China! I spent $93 dollars to send it back, which is more than the item! They said they would reimburse the cost of the item and the shipping cost! They closed my case because they said they never received the item, and it is now March. Don't buy anything from them! They sell crap and won't give you your money back! I would give zero stars if I could!
AliExpress does nothing to help when it says your order has been delivered when obviously it was not delivered! I tried to cancel my order literally 5 minutes after I ordered it and of course they said they would cancel it, but the same night it said it was to late to cancel! So then I started looking into all the reviews for AliExpress and now I see I made a mistake by ordering anything from this AliExpress and I will never do it again!
I'm not one who usually bothers with writing negative reviews, but my recent experience with AliExpress convinced me to make this exception to hopefully help discourage someone else from wasting their time attempting to do business with them. I've purchased a refurbished auto-computer part for roughly the same price I had paid through a competitor a year prior. Bad luck on my part having the initial replacement part also breaking, it is what it is, but AliExpress was offering the part for a few dollars more than what I've initially paid in the recent past; so it seemed like AliExpress was the valid choice to not get horrendously overcharged. A week after making the purchase, AliExpress decided to just refund me without an explanation, an advanced warning, or anything resembling an attempt at communication. Instead, they just canceled the order and then jacked up the price of that same part by hundreds; more than doubling the initial advertised price. I highly recommend going with another online vendor when needing to make any purchase of any significance. All they did for me was waste my time, tie up my funds, and prolong the time I have to endure not having a working vehicle. I really wish I could give them a no-star review. Note: I wouldn't have bothered to post a negative review if they made an attempt to communicate their decision to not honor our transaction. I would have just been surly about it.
Most items listed on this site are not as described when you receive them. I purchased hair once and I never received it but it said "delivered" and Aliexpress took the sellers side.
I bought something from a different seller and returned it and it was delivered. But they're giving me the hardest time to get my money back. They don't have any customer service. Avoid at all costs.

This past January I ordered a tool for removing valves in an inflatable boat. The tool comes in 6 or 8 tabs. I ordered a 6 tab but received an 8 tab. I have emailed AliExpress several times but all my emails have been ignored.
I bought small cable box to try out after that when I tried to look at same product they somehow banned me out of even seeing those types of boxes and that's only half my order I don't think they are to be trusted I'm scared I won't receive my headsets now I can tell I'm going to have problems with them on getting my money back what a scam
I am really starting to believe that AliExpress is prejudiced against bigger people. I do understand a lot of their retailers are in China are in different countries. But they need to be aware that people from different countries as well is buying their products and they need to start providing bigger sizes. It makes no sense when I'm looking for a certain item I am only able to find them in small, medium and large and then if it does say extra-large, it usually fits like a medium get bigger sizes. Thank you.
They know that a lot of their items are cheap. Out of 32 orders i receiceved only 19. They dont refund as they claim their system has the item/s in my country. However, none ever arrived even a month past their delivery time. In my opinion its a scum.

I placed an order for three (3) belts, but received only one (1). Seller admitted that they mixed up my order with some other customer's.
Even though I provided a screen shot of Seller's confession/admission, AliExpress denied my request for refunds for two belts (2) on account that the tracking history shows that a package was delivered.
Seller asked me to click on a link to pay $0.01 to allow them to ship the missing two (2) belts, but I ended paying a total of $6.40. Why should I pay for Seller's mistakes, AliExpress and Seller?!

Every SINGLE time I have an issue, the seller rips you off. The website is awful. I got sent an item in the WRONG color, and the seller blamed me and "offered" that I send the item back to China for 1/2 refund.

They stole the money, transferred it to the bonus account instead of returning it to the card. Now they send a falsified screenshot with an inscription that was not there at the time the order was canceled. Moreover, in the falsified inscription they refer to a document with the terms of service, which does not exist.
Use other services, where delivery is faster, cheaper, and they don't steal.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
