But in regardless which model you pick, the title won't change the description. Even after you placed the order, your invoice product description will show the highest model, with small fine print list the model you actually ordered.

First Picture - Listed as *******mAh Car Power Bank... for $42.09, but it's actually a *******mAh model. With less than half capacity, it will probably jump a very small car.
Second picture - If you want what is advertised, it's actually $83.05. Noted that the main description won't change in regardless which model you picked. Pay attention to the small font description.
This is also happened to my order of a TV Box. Contact the seller. Very rude person. Saying "Are you blind?" Obviously, I am not blind, just not very careful with a web site operate by crooks.
Don't waste your time or money. Tracking is a joke. Returns are impossible because IF your order actually arrives, it is completely gone from your order history, so you are stuck paying for whatever it is you received. ZERO customer service via phone or email. NEVER AGAIN!
Way too much risk. Sellers lie, packages don't arrive and getting them to stick to their "guarantees" is a nightmare.
They don't use normal carriers. They have cheesy companies that use random people to deliver.
They refuse to bring packages to indicated spots (even with large signs and arrows), and often leave them in vulnerable places to be stolen.
So many of the listings completely misrepresent their products. I have used them for about 6 months and I'm done.
I have been manufacturing goods for over 50 years and buying wholesale. I have never had SO much trouble. Packages never arrive, are missing products (one courier slashed open a package and took all of the gold items).
Update: I can't believe the ridiculous message I received below from them. In the last 2 weeks I have spent over 100 hours and over 130 emails, requests and replies over two orders from the same seller that never arrived while doing EXACTLY what their reply tells me to do. The seller has never responded at all, but AE customer "service" has lied multiple times in emails. In the same email sent dozens of times they have claimed that my package was BOTH delivered and held at customs.

To explain, (this is an abbreviated account) approximately in October 2023 I bought a rolling tote bag from the "Professional School Bag & Travel Bag Supplying Store" through Ali Express. That is how the company's name was identified through the Ali Express site. It took long for the company to send me the item I ordered. I communicated with the company through the message center on the Ali Express site. The company kept telling me that the item had been delivered. But I never received it. I sent them screenshots of some notes on the Ali Express site which stated that there are no logistics on the package. The "Professional School Bag & Travel Bag Supplying Store" just told me not to pay attention to what it says on the Ali Express site because the information does not automatically update. To make the story shorter than it is, I did eventually receive the package. I apologized to the company for badgering them telling them that the package arrived later than what their information states. The company said that such packages can arrive later than stated. So everything seemed OK since I got my package but when I tried the item, it was of faulty design and construction... The bag handles gave way when I tried to lift the bag with about 8 pounds in it and the handle broke. I contacted the "Professional School Bag & Travel Bag Supplying Store" through Ali Express again and sent photos and a video showing that the bag broke after one use. The company told me that they could send me a similar item as replacement. But when I posted a reply they seemed to take long to respond and then the Ali Express site's message center was shut down for many weeks. The "Professional School Bag & Travel Bag Supplying Store" stopped communicating with me. I don't think they sent me a replacement item. I never received one. No refund either. The rolling bag has poor design. The bag attaches to the telescoping handle only by a small strap and the tension is not very good to keep the bag in place. I paid over $50 for this and it is not worth it. I cannot recommend the company that sold me this. They are a small obscure company and not a lot of information about them that I can find on the internet. None actually. Only through the Ali Express site. They seem to be avoiding me. They sold me an overpriced cheaply made item. They now won't face me about it. Don't buy from Ali Express. Keep away from the "Professional School Bag & Travel Bag Supply Store." Tell your friends and neighbors not to buy from these companies. Maybe tell your worst enemies to shop from them.
Don't ever trust them! I bought an item but they never shipped it and it's been 2 weeks! When I contacted them, they gave me very lame excuse like due to export regulation. If they were honest, they would refund me as soon as they realized such regulation exist. They never refunded me, so it's just a scam!
Didn't get the phone or the money back $267. I tried many times with customer service. I send my bank statements to prove it etc etc etc. You aren't getting your money back. Maybe ok for items under $5
Don't bother wasting your time ordering from AliExpress! The first problem I had was not being able to contact anyone, including the seller, until Feb 17. At that time I received a reply apologizing for delay and order would be processed ASAP. Today, Feb 22, I get a notification that my order was "closed" and refund issued. No explanation why they closed the order. My assumption is that these items are just props to get you to order so they can "borrow" your money for a few weeks! Someone tell me I'm wrong
My package was worth over $100. It was lost in the mail, but Ali customer service said they needed documentation for a refund. I contacted USPS and went down there several times. I ended up requesting a letter from USPS stating that the package was lost, and Ali customer service STILL refused a refund!

Return window too short. Vendor slow in answering question (about firmware needed for product) beyond return window(15 days) do not ask questions just return it.

The problem starts with incorrect, defective or not according to the description. No real contact person, only computer that asks meaningless answers and questions (English). The contact seller also answers meaningless or not at all. Here is an answer for defective goods translated by the seller: "There the dispute has bad effects and if the order is disputed, we have no right to do anything, we hope you understand. I hope we can solve this problem with good communication. Thank you."?Although according to Aliexpress return accepted and gives the seller time to reach an agreement! Often this page cannot be reached. It is also not possible to load proof images into the open dispute, something that only Aliexpress can do with the seller. Only one return from a collective order is free. (Aliexpress prefers to send it). It takes forever long until, if at all (up to 30 days or longer) a refund is made even though the goods have long since been returned according to the parcel service DPD/Hermes and in several disputes (last January 13,2024) it still says "waiting for their return"! From here it says Buyer alone and has to wait pointlessly. Another complaint is that a price is refunded that does not always correspond to the purchase price because taxes and customs duties are supposedly deducted. In addition, the paid shipping is often missing from the refund! Even a subsequent complaint or appeal has "hardly" a chance of being reimbursed. This is not the yellow of the egg! Reprehensible, Aliexpress has not responded to any reviews in the last 12 months. Today I have a different attitude towards Aliexpress and will hardly continue to buy here as a "platinum customer" because I do not agree with this return and payment practice.

According to DPD, the return shipment was delivered to the Bremen warehouse on January 31,2024.

Aliexpress charges consumers for orders, but when they don't deliver the items, they refuse to refund the money. When we order from Aliexpress with Choice Delivery, we expect a trustworthy and safe delivery of promised goods. We do not expect to pay for something that will never be delivered. Τhe required protection is not provided to the buyer, so the whole system is unsuitable for online shopping.
Item ordered, received completely different size battery. Returned, opened up dispute, been going back and forth with messages, dispute started end Jan, now 15th Feb, still no refund. Battery was returned and have proof it was, received back 7th Feb. Avoid this AliExpress like the plague. I will stick with temu, as customer services 100% good.

I purchased Red Yeast Rice Antioxidants tablets from them but it never arrived! Instead, they sent me an email saying it was delivered. There was no photo of it at my door, and no delivery footage of it on my door camera. I checked with the delivery company and said they sent it back because they didn't deliver to my Farm address. I could not get a hold of Aliexpress they ghosted me. Their phone number leads nowhere. The seller would not respond to multiple messages. I filed a dispute and they sent me their final solution which was "No refund." How do you prove no delivery! This company has no morals & is a scam. Buyers be very aware!

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
