I ordered an item OBD 2 scanner for cars.
In the system says that it's delivered. But I didn't receive the the order and I texted AliExpress about the situation and they asked me evidence and I sent them the transaction with pictures. The store called Factory direct collected. I contacted them through the platform and they just ignored my request. They just behave like the scammers and I strongly suggest to restrain using this platform.
Im a Diamond member for years,at least like 10 orders awaiting deliveries at any single time.had a problem with an android TV box,opened a dispute,sent a number of videos as a proof,then eventually asked me to return it,with the seller to pay the cost of shipping

The buyer protection only works if you didn't receive it,its easy to prove that,but if the item is defective or even broken,no more protection.

Chat bots "rest assured your money is safe and I will escalate your claim, you will hear in 24hours" Of course, nothing. A week later, seller sends message and states prices have gone up, send another $100 and they will ship! I decline and demand refund. Seller goes dark. Chat bots will 'escalate'. Nothing. Here we are at 2/10/24 Now working with PayPal fraud. This site promotes fraud and hides. Never had a problem with TEMU.

I bought a used Intel Core X9100 processor from the CPUIT store. I asked the seller many times to send me a working processor. But I got a processor from them that doesn't work. A very good service center was unable to install it and/or get it to work. This was from my painful experiences of several cases that I ordered from Aliexpress for your reference. The packages have NOT being delivered and asked their supports. The supports kept saying: Yes you will get refund but there are not over the delivering period yet and need to wait. After the guaranty delivering period, they said: sorry for the requests had exceeded the AliExpress protection period and no funds. What kind of reason is that? If you think this kind of customer buying policy is right, then buy thing from them.

My cases were that I brought on 12/2023 for Xmas and had asked AE customer service in Jan/Feb 2024, which is very current. I have uploaded the evident that shipper Uniuni did not deliver the package and had called the shipper at less 5 times, then I contacted AE to do something and AE did not do anything which are all within delivering guaranty period and end up as "no refund" for 2 cases.The reason that AE asked to wait after the guaranty delivering period was AE would get the money from credit card company and it would be too late to stop the wired money from credit card company. I did whatever I could and I should NOT trust AE customer service! I was customer in AE for 2 years and there have no issue until now. Would this be allowed to happen in any US company?

Aliespress uses come bogus "Bunny" delivery service. I ordered $118 worth of goods. This Bunny service took photo of package showing they received goods (package only) but who knows WHERE they delivered it or if they did. We ALL know about misdeliveries. Amazon, UPS & others take photos of doorsteps to show deliveries & then you can dispute (or track to neighbors if they don't know or aren't honest) so that you aren't out money. Nope! Aliexpress says it was delivered & it wasn't so I am out $118. I have never had a problem with Temu their competitor & Temu has a better return service. DO NOT BUY FROM ALIEXPRESS! They will not honor their mistakes! Temu has the same products (80% same) & no shipping!
I can't add photos as I never received ANYTHING! Soooo upset. I filed a claim with courier, who never responded (of course) & Aliexpress (who told me to go to courier & said it was delivered)!

Don't believe it when the site says "FREE RETURNS". After requesting a free return, they came back and stated there was nothing wrong with the product and therefor the return was denied. This back and forth of communication took a couple of weeks. When I stated that the product description clearly states it can be return the reply was that I was now past the 15 day return period, the case is resolved and closed! Will not purchase from them ever again.
A package of 3 items was lost by the usps and they have no idea where it is. Tracking has stopped and Ali denies a refund.it's a fight to get my money back for a package lost. Buyer protection means nothing to them!

I got a call from my bank, over 20 charges from this site! I've never bought anything from this site! They tried to steal over a thousand dollars from my bank account! Thank God City National Bank was watching out for me!
Bought a couple of SSD drives (4tb) (8tb that I never received) but the 4tb drive will format. Been running for days and finally failed. I tore it open and discoverd it had 2 micro sd cards. Not a true SSD by far. Complete junk. Stay away from these people. They sell junk that is not what your expecting to get. Returns...what a joke. These people are nothing but a rip off artist. Could not leave any good news about them what so ever.
Did not get what I ordered. I ordered an 8tb SSD drive...they sent me (2) 4tb drives. No response from the seller. No response from AliExpress. NEVER will any business with them ever again. I'm warning you, buy elsewhere. This site is not safe and they don't fulfill their obligations.

Aliexpress Dispute system is a sham. They believe their Vendors. I had an order which was marked Delivered on the Aliexpress website, but it was not delivered. My Dispute was ruled in favor of the Seller. My order was then marked Completed. Aliexpress has no real Guarantee, as they state. They are just as crooked as some of their Sellers (opinion). Their Catch 22 comeback is "provide evidence" of the non-delivery. I WILL NOT SHOP AT ALIEXPRESS AGAIN!
I've been buying clothes from AliExpress fot 5 years and I am almost never disappointed. If I am unsure about the sizes I send the shop a message and the seller helps me make a decision. There are certain shops that I like such as EAM, UMI MAO, XITAO and Cheerart. Recently I purchased archery equipment from Sanlida. All of these shops have great customer service and I recommend all of them.

I bought 2 hello watches Black Friday they both took a long time to come. They were Christmas gifts they both went out in January just stopped coming on. I contacted Ali who stated I have to contact the seller directly which I didn't understand why was that my problem. I asked who to contact for the sellers and got nowhere.
