2. Customer Service PROMISES EVERYTHING and DELIVERS NOTHING!

I order from various of online shopping platforms, by far this is the worst of them all. After 12 months of going back and forth with them I simply gave up. But yet they were quick to take my money. I was curious and thought i would give a look but the reason why i would never purchase anything from company is because of all of the emails and the inability to uninstall or just get rid of this trash company. They break all of the rules and that's what makes me never ever want to use this company. YOUR COMPANY IS TRASH LIKE YOUR EMAILS! GTFOH. People just Google and go through the procedure to end the never ending trash that they put up on people. They will eventually be under serious investigation because of this and i hope shut down forever.

I ordered a product 27-Jan on-line from AliExpress. They charged my credit card and than shipped the product to an INCOMPLETE address. The USPS destroyed the package because AliExpress did not include a return address. AliExpress has refused to refund the purchase and continues to send messages stating for me to contact USPS. AliExpress refuses to refund the charge.
WARNING! Recommend to ALL not do business with this company, or at least I will not. The company advertises very low prices but will not Honor mistakes they have made. I ordered the product on Jan27. It is now March 12 and who ever is responding my request ONLY responds with "we see your package was not delivered - contact USPS - who in fact has posted on their Tracking that the package was destroyed.

Purchased a wholesale order of 250 earbuds. Made the payment in full. Received notification that only part of the order was shipped. Applied for an immediate refund for the products not shipped, although I wish the seller would have informed me of such before confirming the order. Got the partial refund.
Items on route to delivery shows it has been returned to the seller. Meaning, I never received anything. Been contacting AliExpress daily for an update. They said they need to 'investigate'. What is there to investigate? Their own tracking shows it was delivered to the seller. Now the purchase protection time is running out and they keep telling me I need to provide further information.

I'm going to be short and sweet and to the point on this one. I have been shopping at ali for the last 15 years and believe me I don't want to say this BUT the last three months have been a total shopping nightmare!, and I can honestly say that I think aliexpress is going down the Crapper and FAST! One of the stories: ordered, was shorted, aliexpress didn't care, and then the store that did it, still continues to do it to other customers/shoppers. The stores name is: Perfect Tool Store (far from perfect believe me) Store ID: *******355 It really is a very sad thing that once a good shopping site turns to TOTAL CRAP, and the sellers, and the company itself CAN NO LONGER BE TRUSTED! I will stop shopping there, because now there are just to many RED FLAGS! When a company who used to care stops caring for it's long time customers It's GAME OVER! Just because they are super large now, it doesn't give them any excuse to CRAP all over their customers! No No NOPE! WRONG CHOICE!

So I received a damaged product. They said that I have to send it back to Hong Kong for the refund and that supposedly they would refund the product and the shipping. I stupidly did it partially by principle, supposedly Aliexpress would back me up. I paid for tracking service to have proof, but not only I had to contact Aliexpress to get any refund once the damaged product arrived, but they finally refunded me only the product cost, not the shipping. Took almost 2 months. For some marginal saving, it's too much of a risk to be stuck with a bad product.
I ordered an item, it took forever to ship it, finally notified that it was "delivered", but I got no item. Great. Contacted customer support which was absolutely useless, their answer was "just wait another week". They finally came back with "file a dispute" except there is no option to dispute delivering to wrong location (and yes, my shipping address was 100% correct on the order). I will never use them again, just stick with Walmart or Amazon for your online shopping needs.

I bought a pants from Ali Express and when I received the pants was very bad quality, When I request for return I received massage that means Ali Express is not responsible, So I had to deal with the the seller. And seller don't agree with me for their product,at the end no one responsible for my return purchase. So that was my last purchase from Ali Express and I don't recommend to any one.
I ordered the Human Kinky straight hair and it looked nothing like the pictures. It does not even look like human hair but instead material strands from something. The hair was totally unmanageable no matter what I tried. The hair does not lay right - every time your move your head the hair becomes tangled leaving you to brush and comb every five minutes. Not worth the money.
I ordered glasses, one of the nose bridge pads was missing, in 1 day, second got lost, contact aliexpress.com, and they would only give me partial refund. Go to Temu, they refund if you not happy.

I had an awful experience with AliExpress. The goods I ordered never left China; the delivery having been cancelled by the supplier. I requested the refund that should have come automatically. Customer Service were all sugar and sweet (lots of "Oh dear") but did not meet my expectation for an immediate refund.
I will never deal with these people again, and I recommend avoiding this site... there is no recourse when a problem occurs.

I really want to put negative 5 stars. The story I experienced in this store can be a movie. If you want to live longer you have to go far away from this store.
I bought three boxes of dinnerware sets about two weeks before my party. I didn't receive them before the party so I have to buy in local store. After the party an Amazon delivery asked me a confirmation code to deliver the sets. I didn't receive it. She said she can't give them to me. The next day another delivery person some and asked the confirmation code. I still didn't receive it. I guess they are deliver the dinnerware according to the shape. I showed him my order information. The phone number in my order is different from the one in his system. He called the manager and left two boxes. I said I ordered three sets. He said maybe the other one is still on the way. Then I received an email from Aliexpress to confirm the delivery. I can't confirm it since I miss one. Then I ask for the return. Another long story for the return. The seller kept saying checking neighbors or the road for the missing one!? Later after long time dispute they agree for the return but I need to pay the shipping fee. Then I denied the dispute. Later they agree to pay the return shipping. But they want me to pay the shipping fee first and once they received the sets they will refund me the shipping fee. After a few days an Amazon delivery person want to pick up something from my home. She don't know what to pick up and I don't know either. She only have one tag. I said maybe it is for the two boxes. She said then I have to have two tags. She said since she has tried three times she is not coming back again. I have to deal with the seller... I am still fighting. So my conclusion is that never buy anything from those Chinese stores if you want to live longer. I have been dealing with this about one month.

I ordered 3 coxes of bowls and only received 2. The website shows delivered! The deliver is too late and I had to buy bowls in local store for the party. It is very hard to deal with customer service and seller.
I've purchased several things from AliEpress, i must say most 95% was junk, 5% was okay, not worth anything, waste of time. I purchased a drone, nothing expensive,$33 dollars, hoping to play with around the house, was suppose to have a 35 to 40 minute battery life, it came with 2 batterys both last fully charged about 7 minutes if you lucky. On top of that the drone no matter what i do will not fly straight and will sometimes just take off and the controls won't do anything to correct it. It took over 2 months to receive it, then when i files a complaint about the product, they offered me $1.13 refund and deal with it. I refused the refund and now they say they will do nothing, nor refund me. So if you decide to purchase from AliExpress don't say i didn't warn you, i will never buy from again.

Answer: No customer service. Some sellers are dishonest. No way to recoup your money for items never sent. Bogus tracking information since no custom number unavailable. Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
