I ordered 3 pieces of weave for $19.99. I only received 1 piece. I complained sent several emails. Finally I received an email that I will get a refund of $9.99. ( not pleased) but ok. I received a refund of 75 cents Cdn. Yes folks 0.75 cents. Not even $10 or $13. This company sucks. This company is a big rip off. This is the 2nd time I got messed up. I ordered 3 head bands it never came. That's $12. Gone. I received $2. Guys don't order anything from this co. And if u do PRAY u will get your product cause if u don't u will NOT get a FULL REFUND.

I've placed two orders with AliExpress - ordered a set of interchangeable Knitting Needles Pic 1 (received the cheapest set of plastic crochet hooks Pic 2). Second order was for 24 Googly Eye Rings (in the pkg I received 22). Trying to explain the issue with #1 order was frustrating and useless. I have been dealing with this company now for 3 weeks. I ordered something that contained 2 pieces, they only sent one. I immediately got on chat to speak with someone about it. The rep continued to say the same thing over and over as if she didn't understand or was playing dumb. She tried to get me to click "I received" button, when it clearly states if you click it, you agree you received everything in good standing. I refused! I finally got her to acknowledge there was to be 2 pieces in the order by sending the pciture (after I unstructed her how to click on the link that showed 2 pieces with what I ordered) I screenshotted the whold conversation, she said I would receive a new order with both pieces. I never did, and they closed out the original order stating that I received the original order, they did that, not me! NO REFUND, NO NEW PARTS, NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT of a new order, or of the error committed! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Aliexpress does NOT back up purchases and you won't receive them. I filed a dispute as I ha ent received the item. Aliexpress deemed it invalid and said to contact carrier.
NO resolution, no product, complete rip.off.

Center customer service at least three times if not more. I had the same story even though I could prove they had it they say they didn't get it there for there would be no refund. It is very unprofessional. Please be very careful if you choose to order from this company. You do exactly what they tell you to do you can prove exactly everything you say and they still do not follow through.

Ordered a multimeter and selected AliExpress choice delivery. Turned out they ship parcels together in pellets and the pellet with my parcel had some medicine in it. The whole pellet was held by authorities as it needed clearance from Drug Regulatory Authority. AliExpress refused refund as according to them customer is responsible to clear customs. I am willing to pay customs but obviously I am not responsible for the whole pellet. Definitely not responsible for whatever medicine was in that particular pellet. Their delivery partners in Pakistan do not answer your calls or reply to your mails.

If you are OK with Chinese level quality stuff, this is a very good place for shopping. I've bought quite some goods here and all of them were good. Note it may take some time for items to arrive. One thing I am missing on the site that I like on Ebay, is sorting by the price + shipping, but this is rather rare feature in online shops. Also, I have a disappointing recent experience where I found a great deal for an item I need and paid for it. I did not hear from the seller/site for 2+ weeks. Then I contacted the seller two times, both times they confirmed that the item is about to be shipped, but next day the order was cancelled and money refunded. Based on the description, it was expired. When I tried to chat with the site support, they said that the item is no longer available. But I checked and they still have the item, but for different price. I spent some time in the chat, but for some reason they could not have the seller send me the product, they just said they will warn the seller that this is unacceptable. And the way the site works is I can't leave feedback for the seller when the order is cancelled. So I thought at least I leave the site review here.
I still haven't gotten my items! These issues are having people switch their mind about shopping here.

I had an order recvd on 2/7/24.3 of the 10 items were defective. That's a 33% defective rate.
I returned the items after checking the remaining shipment on 2/14/2024. They recv'd the return on 2/20/2024 at 11:34 AM. They claim that it takes 30 days from the date I shipped the item to them. So today is day 31. Still no refund for their defective items.

I got absolutely scammed. Didnt get product, the alleged delivery had a counterfeit label. I got scammed and customer service did absolutely nothing to help me. What valid evidence could I have provided that I didn't get it? A picture of nothing? The customer service team did not care to help in the slightest, and it's clear they outsource their customer service to people with zero experience or even knowledge about their own website. I recently purchased a T-shirt of average quality, and I have mixed feelings about it. On the positive side, the design is decent and the fabric feels comfortable against the skin. However, I noticed some stitching flaws and the material seems a bit thin and prone to stretching. While it's not the highest quality T-shirt I've owned, it's still wearable for casual occasions. Overall, I would describe it as an okay purchase, but I wouldn't expect it to last as long as higher quality alternatives.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
