The entire website/app is designed to screw you. From the moment you search for something the listings are almost all deceptive. They'll show a picture of an item that costs $100 with a 6$ price, then it you click on it, it's a totally different product. If you do manage to find an item with a matching price and order it, you have about a 70% chance of something actually showing up. Then there is a 50% chance the item is actually what you ordered, is complete, and actually works. Then if you thought all that was bad, trying to get a refund on any of the items you got screwed on if damn near impossible. I'm at 80 days after ordering an item that still has no valid tracking number, no communication from the seller and absolutely no help from Aliexpress. Everything about the app and the refund process is designed to screw the buyer and protect their anonymous thieves they call sellers. All sellers or almost all are giant numbers, no names and they close and reopen every 2 weeks so you can never review the seller or go back to them. It is impossible to speak to a human by phone or chat, you are force to deal with their AI helper which is completely useless and makes you want to spend your Sunday morning withing negative reviews on every website you can find to hopefully save someone else from getting screwed by this deceptive, dishonest nightmare of a company.
I was ripped off by a store on Aliexpress and Aliexpress doesn't even help. Even when presented with a paper trail of facts. And buyer protection is a joke. When I complained to the store they said to file a complaint with Aliexpress. Then Aliexpress tells me to contact the store. Just one big circle jerk...
Avoid these businesses like the plague.

AE will not help you when a dishonest seller steals your money and tells lies. AE believe the seller not the customer. I bought a 2800 rpm motor with a speed regulator, a damaged 3200 rpm arrived the speed regulator did not arrive, I requested a refund but AE did not believe me that the speed regulator had not been sent to us, I have tried everything I can think of to convince them that we did not get the speed regulator they only believe the seller who is telling lies. My next step is to see my lawyer and sign an affidavit but AE would probably not even believe that. Pay Pal want me to return the item "as described in the advertising" how can I return an item that I did not receive, if I do not sent the motor back I will not get a refund, but if I do send the motor back I still will not get a refund because it is not "as described in the advertising". So be warned do not buy anything from Ali Express and especially do not buy anything from Yuntaike Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. they are thieves and they tell lies.

That's right you cannot open messages from sellers unless you are using the Aliexpress app...
As well when you use their app they flood you every day with useless unsolicited totally unrelated offers
I have used Aliexpress online with my PC for years. I kept on getting messages from seller for promotions but they are not accessible on a PC. When I converted to their app I could finally read these emails... which all contained messages with "special offer"... only problem there were no links to get these offers or to the company site. When I asked one of the suppliers I was told that they are not sending these out. These emails were coming from Aliexpress a week after I made a purchase from them (or put one of their products on my Wish List)... totally useless
I filed a dispute for a missing item and wrong item delivered. I picked fast refund and uploaded several proof images/photos of the wrong item delivered. They kept me waiting for a week and got a final resolution of NO REFUND. No added explanation. I contacted seller, but website kept blocking my appeal, says dispute COMPLETED. What the ****! No just compensation, platform is full of silly cartoon characters which are useless coupons, discounts, etc. The products are cheap and not durable. Will not recommend.

Avoid buying from AliExpress. The chance of losing your money is higher than other places. The Help you get from them if something goes wrong is terrible. They do not protect buyers. A month ago I started a claim for a fake product (128GB memories that are not), they received them back at the warehouse 3 weeks ago and they still haven't refunded my money back. Summarizing in 1 word: "scammers".

Pls don't trust app 2 times order but order delivery in FedEx side bt don't receive any ideas fraud...
AliExpress just protect their people not customer, they never investigate your case. They just see tracking was delivered and picture from seller. Did not know that tracking number was of someone else and picture is their front door. ( because seller input tracking number of someone else add it to your order).
I made a purchase on Aliexpress and the item description was incorrect and misleading. I contacted the seller who offers a full refund on all of her products with no success. Lodged a complaint with Aliexpress and their response was that my refund was declined because I didn't have he packaging the item arrived in. I wasn't disputing that I never received the item so therefore proof of packaging is irrelevant. No support or positive interaction with Aliexpress so I have taken my case to PayPal to receive a full refund. Don't waste your time or money shopping here, you'll regret it.
