Ive been a customer for over ten years. They charged me twice for the same order. They refuse to refund my money. Ive been trying for 8 months. There is no way to speak to anyone that has any ability to even understand a complaint. They will repeat the same copied and pasted message via email over and over again. I have hundreds of screenshots of bank transactions, transactions from their own site, chats, emails, etc. Here is an example of the email I received in response to my complaint with all evidence attached to my message:

Regarding your query about payment value of your order, please note payment for each order could be received only once in our system. Possible reasons of double/multiple payments:

1. Payment was triggered mutiple times and processed successfully. Refund will be processed to you automatically in this case. Normally, it takes 3-20 workings days for you to receive it in your bank account.
2. Payment for another order with same value. You may also go to 'My Order' and double check if any other order with same value under your account.
3. Bank hold on money temporary. Sometimes, bank sends message for payment authorization first and deduct money from your account after payment captured. In total, money will be removed once only in this case.

If you still have concern about this value, please double check with bank if possible.

Again, this transaction is 8 months old (December 8,2023). There has been no bank error.

They stole $250 out of my bank account and refuse to return it. Ive been promised a refund several times but they just ignore me and pretend it never happened even though I have screenshots of every chat and email.

This is an extremely dishonest company, with poor customer service, no address, phone number, or email available.

Your payment and personal information is clearly not safe, since they can process transactions without your approval. You have no recourse once they do.

They hide their contact information, ignore consumer protection laws, and dont care about a customer's experience.

I bought a tablet from Alibaba Express. The seller didn't use the Alibaba Express tracking platform so I had no means of tracking the tablet l bought.

When the tablet arrived, it was an old tablet with scratches all over the back camera, no film on the front or back of the tablet as any new tablet should be, put in a bubble bag and packed in an unbranded box, with a poorly photocopied user manual leaflet (you have to struggle to see what is been photocopied) and an inferior charger.
There was nothing to show that it was a new tablet rather it has signs of wear and tear from previous owner.

I made video and pictures which was attached to the dispute submitted but Alibaba did not say anything about it.
I contacted The seller but he tried scaring me away that, I would lose if i returned the product as i will pay for the returns and it will be deducted from my refund as well and he was offering me peanut compensations.

I screenshot the conversations and sent to Alibaba customer service but they made no comment on it, all their interest was on the dispute page asking me to pay for the returns without confrontation the issue on ground.

Alibaba does not have the interest of buyers at heart that is why the sellers have the confidence to sell a lie.

Apps like Temu and SHEIN will never tolerate this attitude from the seller, they will provides you with return details, all you need do is to drop it off at the expected courier which is usually available in the neighborhood and get a FULL refund after inspections.

This is my first time of buying from AlibabaExpress and i am highly disappointed.

Don't ever use AliExpress. There are so many scammers on this site. I was scammed by a seller who sent a random package to a different address in the same ZIP code in Virginia. The fraudulent seller is called Super Super Super Excellent Store. Because the USPS delivery confirmation only shows the city, not the street address, the scammer used that as proof of delivery. I called USPS on July 5,2024, and it confirmed that a package (likely containing a small object) was delivered to a different address in the same ZIP code. I have reported the fraud to the U.S. Postal Service Inspector, and they will launch an investigation into this fraud.

Follow-up on July 6,2024:
I have followed up with the seller and AliExpress many, many times (see the conversation thread on your website). AliExpress wants me to prove the package was not delivered to the correct address. Although USPS Customer Service told me yesterday that the package linked to the tracking number was not delivered to the address I had provided but to a different address in the same ZIP code, the bureaucractic USPS representative refused to give me a written statement to that effect. I explained the situation to AliExpress, but my refund request was still rejected. Apparently AliExpress would rather be on the side of the scammer instead of helping the customer. I am so sick of the AliExpress online platform. You can complain to AliExpress customer service all you want; they'll promise to help you and then won't.

Do NOT buy from these fraudulent sellers on AliExpress: Super Super Super Excellent Store and ZHAO CAI Shop Store.

If you plan to use AliExpress, be aware that their customer service is nonexistent, and your buyer rights won't be protected. There is no phone number or email address, only a chatbot that often gives incorrect responses.

Here's my order # ************** example:
The seller sent an item that didn't match the description. AliExpress decided it should be returned at the seller's expense for a full refund. I was instructed to return the item only if the seller agreed to cover the shipping costs, but the seller refused. He even suggested illegal actions to deceive me, like using PayPal or altering the claim details.

I contacted the AliExpress chat multiple times, provided all the necessary documents, but it was clear no one read them. The responses were standard phrases unrelated to my issue. Eventually, the complaint period expired, and my claim was denied because I didn't return the item.

AliExpress's scheme is simple: return the item at the seller's expense only if he agrees to pay. If not, you're stuck. The chatbot repeatedly told me to pack and ship the item with a tracking number, ignoring the seller's refusal to pay.

The worst part is that no one addressed the problem. My case was closed, and the bot kept repeating the same instructions.

Let my experience serve as a warning. You won't be protected from dishonest sellers. The customer service is just a bot programmed to frustrate you for months, making you feel foolish as they twist obvious facts. Trying to contact a supervisor was a waste of time. Think carefully to avoid losing your money.

Don't ever buy anything from AliExpress

I bought first item from AliExpress on May 4,2024, they did not ship out the product, but luckily I received the refund after I complained not receiving the product. I bought the second item from AliExpress on May 15,2024. Again, they did not ship the product, but this time they provided me with the fake USPS tracking #. I contacted the seller about not receiving the product, they apologized and agree to refund me the money. I have not received the refund yet, and I disputed this case with Paypal, but AliExpress told Paypal everything went through correctly and refuse to refund me the money. I will NEVER order anything from AliExpress, and I want everyone to know my experience with this BAD company!

Got scammed

Got scammed. Got some nonsense instead of my item, and with a letter from the seller saying I need to send more money for my item.

Tried to get my money back and was told there wasn't enough proof! I mean I can't have better proof than a letter from the seller!

First and done with Aliexpress.

Be careful, the complaint is on the seller's side because they make a profit from the stolen money, sellers don't send anything and all they need is a fraudulent tracking number

I bought 3 Makita batteries that seller mentioned its %100 original with free return but when arrived undrestand its a fake battery so asked the seller to send me a return barcode/label to return but never answered so contacted customer service many many times and opened a case to refund but they asked me return it by my costs to refund, when I went to post office undrestand I have to pay more than the batteries prices to return them because Australian ruls so send them the Australian ruls paperworks to prove, then they said wait to judge and after 25 days they closed my case and said no refund because I didn't return it.
Question: what that means FREE RETURN
And why AliExpress support their sellers instead of customers and let them to sell a fake parts?

DISHONEST THIEVES
PURCHASED A PRINTER $300 didn't work, provided 8 videos of proof via 13 emails and still no refund. Contacted customer care 6 times who promised to sort this out and still no response and still no response to my 27 emails.
SUPPLIER - WainNian Hero Professional Printers - sell you handheld printers that do not work. Pretend to troubleshoot until the refund time is up.
LYING THIEVES.
UPDATE 30th May Email sent back to me dated 30th advised that I have provided any evidence - even though I had provided over 10 more emails with video evidence. So now they have stated that they have closed the case. THIS IS DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM ALIEXPRESS. REFUND MY MONEY!

I received a tablet. I started it up and it said that it had the correct memory and Android version of 13. I don't know how they changed it but when tested it came back as being Android 10 not 13. Seller wanted me to accept more stuff to compensate, but because they tried to scam me I requested a refund. Seller is no longer with them so I won't bother leaving their name.
LENOVO on the other hand is still selling lots of scam memory. I ordered a supposedly 64tb solid state memory. It came in a little tin can that when hooked up was said 64tb. I couldn't get a good test to see what it really was so I opened the can and inside was a little chip with a 64gb micro SD card. AliExpress got my money back for that one but still let's LENOVO sell this stuff on its site. If buying electronics from them AliExpress please research the item before purchasing. If you buy something like a tablet and want to return it you pay for shipping and tracking. Let me do a little math. Tablet was 143 Canadian. Shipping was 45, and tracking was another 89. So my net return would have been 9 dollars. AliExpress is fun for little stupid stuff but not worth trying to return anything. I'm back with Amazon as they have always taken care of me.

Not even worth 1 STAR.

Worst experience ever. I ordered a wood jointer from them. Expected latest delivery date was May 11 (3 weeks from order day). It's now May 14 and I still haven't received anything. I checked on the website and found my order was gone. I logged into the app to check the notification and saw "seller failed to ship your order on time. A full refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 3 to 20 business days."

FOR REAL ALIEXPRESS? You couldn't send me any email. You have charged me the money and have been holding it for more than 3 weeks. Now I have to wait for possibly another 2-3 weeks to get my money back? YOU DELAYED MY PROJECT.

It's just like they BORROW MY MONEY FOR OTHER INVESTMENT FOR several weeks without interest.

"Good job" ALIEXPRESS. 👎👎👎

Also, i just now checked the same item I ordered and the price went sky rocking.

Surprisingly Great

I have always avoided ordering from this site just because of other reviews that I have read. I finally bit the bullet and ordered just a couple items to see if they would actually come. Not only did they come but they came before the ETA, they were exactly as they were described, great quality and obviously great price.
When I ordered I miscounted the curtains that I needed so I went back and ordered the correct amount, same thing, great quality, extremely fast shipping and great price.

If have since ordered several other items from this website and it's all been the same experience.

If you have been hesitant from ordering from them because it just seems to be a too good too be true price - don't it's actually real with good quality.

I bought 2 pair of climbing shoes for £75, because size doesn't fit so I returned 2 pair of climbing shoes for full refund, but it end up with £29.04 refund only. They did not give me full refund so I lost £35 for nothing! I 100% sent 2 pair of shoes in one parcel and they said item missing. They were so dishonest! People's always said Chinese apps can not be trust and now I learn the lesson from AliExpress, this is the way how they taking money from customers! Beware this app!
