I got a free refund. Great. But wait for it, the shipping address was in Afganistan and no one in my country ships there! When I tried to contact customer service they said they are sorry but I missed my deadline and should contact the seller. The seller of course is not responding. I never got my refund.
I got scammed from a seller (BilltoolsStore), still trying to get a refund from Aliexpress. Many people have reported this seller in the past, but Aliexpress allows this seller to stay. I bought a miniPC from the above seller, which wasn't great to begin with. After a couple of months, one evening it literally exploded in my face. The seller insists on charging me for a repair since "I broke the CPU" (a totally ridiculous claim), and Aliexpress reps do absolutely NOTHING to help other than giving me fake compliments and asking me to contact the seller to resolve this.
I lost 180EUR from this ordeal, do NOT buy anything of high value on that platform. Should something bad happens, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. Don't believe Aliexpress reps' fake promises, they will only waste your time without helping.
And whatever you do, do NOT buy from a seller called WooYi. They are scam.

Purchased an item through Ali Express which included Royal mail tracked postage. Tracking stated that item could not be delivered because the sender did not address the parcel correctly, no Road or house number on the parcel and Royal Mail are returning to sender. Send proof of this to Ali express and requested a refund but refused. I even appealed but said no refund. F***ing unbelievable. Because they are based in China, there is no recourse. My recommendation is DON'T USE THEM, complete charlatans

Worst company i ever tried, they scamming me like BIG! And read all this please, because the auto answer will be a lie, so first at all i bought an item, and it not worked well, so i asked for an refund, and first the seller denied it, so that case got closed, but after better proves they accepted it, and then it was another case but with same order number. He finally got the item return and now he CAN'T refund me, because the only order he can see is the closed one... i can only see it in my return, but everytime i ask for help the agents send it to pro team and they just deny it saying the order is closed, so i send my package, lost the sending cost and also no refund after 2 months, so alixpres is a scam site and i will do everything to prevent people from buying there! And alixpres if u respond to this review please keep in mind that the order might be closed for u, but is NOT THAT ORDER! IS the second one, but they have same order number! IS SO STUPID!

I bought a revolving car seat from AliExpress during Amazon Days. I was directed to this site as having a lower purchase price. I ordered. For a week they sent me notifications that I didn't pay. I sent them my PayPal receipt as proof. Then they said they sent it and it was delivered. I was home all day and did not receive a delivery. I asked for a refund and they said they would send it again. They said it would be delivered 7/25/24. Still no delivery. Then there was an issue at the warehouse and to be patient. I placed an order for a few items, but they arrived in the wrong sizes, wrong colors, and of poor quality. When I tried to initiate a return, I didn't receive any response, return label, or refund. They closed my complaints, and the requests vanished. Additionally, I've noticed some unauthorized charges on my credit card that I didn't make. The packages came with a sender address in China and I have no return address. I asked them many times to give me a return address to at least pay for return items from my own pocket but they never provided any address to me. A you see in one of the attached photos, all of my requests for return disappeared and just one is left. I requested for 4 items return and they are vanishing one by one. I am sure this one will vanish by tomorrow too. This is a real scam.

Incredibly difficult to order an item. Had to verify accounts, provide ID, bank statement, etc. THEN, after 11 days past the order, I got notice that the order is cancelled due to seller not shipping in time. What a joke company.

AliExpress notified us with a picture stating that our package had been delivered to our correct address, even though we never received it. As it turned out, the package had been delivered by FedEx to an unknown address in San Francisco, about 700 miles north of us. When we chatted with AliExpress, they abruptly transferred us to howly.com, where we were offered additional help for $47, which we declined.
Using the FedEx tracking number, we attempted to get more information, but their system rejected our request because it did not recognize our address—despite AliExpress having the correct address when they notified us of the delivery.
Fortunately, we were eventually able to have our bank reverse the credit card charge.

Garbage.
Everything is cheap, which you already know. What you don't know is there are stipulations to all the "protections" you get. Free returns for 90 days? Only if approved by Ali-express and the seller. Refunds for bad or defective products? Takes days and you have to be in a constant fight with the seller to get it. All in all, it's best to avoid at all costs. If you do need to buy something here, buy small, simple things, never anything big. You will lose at some point on this site.
Note: currently at the time of me having an issue with them, the "Help Desk" was conveniently the only part of the site you couldn't click on...
After paying over 5000円 for a belt sander + 990円 for the socket adapter they forgot to pack, the sander died after 15 minutes. AliExpress after days of trying to get them to do something about this have decided to "possibly" give me 30% back and will "let me keep" the broken trash of a product they're keeping 70% profit on.
Honestly, if you plan to buy anything over 1000円 you should be prepared to loose it all to bad sellers and a lack of support from AliExpress. I would honestly go one further and never use the platform again. What other company goes "sorry we sold you a defective product but we're still going to keep 70% of the sale"? That's just outright thievery.
It's been two days and no news, no refund given.

Aliexpress is a well-known e-commerce platform for scammers running their businesses in China and targeting buyers outside of China. First time purchase, blatant bait and switch even after multiple confirmation messages with photos, videos etc. Absolutely no help from Aliexpress customer service even with "Free Returns", "Buyers Protection". All these are non-existing "guarantees" by Aliexpress as customer service and dispute just go round and round with same repeated requests for proof that were already provided many times. Unfortunately, this company is basically making revenue from all these scams and should be on everyone's blacklist. Just look at the reviews online, avoid at all cost.

They act as a third party to companies who do not hesitate in selling inferior / fake brand named into I off products. Buyers Protection is a SCAM, IF you get a refund, it will take months. YOU have to pay for the item to be returned to China and NO guaranteed you will be reimbursed, if the they will be STORE credit even though a refund for postage not a purchase. The pump I purchased for the aquarium nearly ended in serious injury to myself, Sun Sun DC Pump sold by Aquarium Online Store via AliExpress. The first agent I spoke to blatantly lied to me and that WAS stated by the second agent, I never even mentioned it. Low and behold this agent lied also. Clearly staff are trained to lie to you, yet all they keep saying is you can trust me, another LIE. The staff get very personal and cross the line of professionalism, for example both agents kept putting love hearts all over the chat, DISGUSTING and unprofessional.
You work hard for your money do not throw it way with inferior, dangerous products from Ali Express and it's sellers, you will NEVER see it again and will be left with a dangerous, inferior product.

The credits earned by participating in Aliexpress "eurocup mania" are just fake. After these were used in orders, the orders were cancelled with unsubstantiated excuses and the credits were never returned. They just stole all the credits without hesitation and it was even admitted by their customer support. As it turns out the supposed Aliexpress games are just another way to lure and fool consumers. After being advertised they are cancelling the earned credits for no reason.

Hello, do not buy anything from this company! I bought a defective fridge and return it more than a month ago. I have the receipt and confirmation of delivery. On the 10th June Aliexpress contacted me saying they were going to give me a full refund. It have been more than a month, and I haven't received the refund yet. Answer: No customer service. Some sellers are dishonest. No way to recoup your money for items never sent. Bogus tracking information since no custom number unavailable. Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
