I messed up my billing address but I was able to go back and fix it. Thanks for letting me be able to do this. I had left the Billing as same as shipping box checked and I hadn't noticed before I clicked to buy it.

I order this book and after a few days, Alibris contacted me to let me know that something happened and the book was no longer available. They offered me a refund or a replacement. I needed the book for my collection, so I chose a replacement. They showed me several other copies and I got to choose what I wanted. The service was great and excellent communication. The website/my account is easy to navigate, which I appreciate as well. I have bought books from Alibris through the years and recommend from other shopping sites and always service is of great quality

The selection and base prices of books are amazing, but not being able to see shipping costs until checkout is super frustrating. The shipping costs doubled the price of my order.

Very quick and easy shopping experience! Was able to search by ISBN for the exact book I was looking for! Ended up finding some great deals on other books I (OF COURSE) had to have!

Couldn't find the movie I was looking for anywhere until I came upon Alibris. Got my movie in excellent condition and on time.

I'm uncomfortable with Alibris' policy for keeping customers' credit card information after an order. Someday Alibris will be attacked by hackers seeking customers personal information. I never allow other online shops like Amazon, Etsy or Walmart to store my credit card information. I have no way to remove my credit card number from your database.

Generally good. However, IMO, reviewing the ship-to address should be a SYSTEMATIC PART of the checkout process. Recently, I sent my order to the wrong address because it was the unchanged default address from a prior order. This was not obvious as I went thru checkout. So out it went to the wrong place. (Even tho I tried to revise the order immediately, it was already too late.) There should be a safeguard for this in checkout.

The shipping is a high deterrent to ordering more items. The free books have a higher price point so its a battle to decide which way to go. Seniors are most of your clients and I wish we had a discount. SS limits what we can afford as cost of living never goes down and reading books is what keeps us sane.

So far I have bought a CD; the condition was very good/better and while the CD has no issues, the box came basically broken. There was a crack on the bottom and I barely messed with it and it disconnected the two sides of the CD case. I can't complain much, it was only a few bucks so I feel that you get what you pay for. Could've occurred during shipping or whatever, but again the CD is completely fine, just would've liked a case that stays together

I check Alibris often for books I had as a child and books I remember being in my parents' library. I am always so happy to find the editions I remember.

II have always had excellent service from Alibris and will be a constant customer. Their after sales service and customer care are excellent

I was able to find my text book on Alibris for less than five dollars! It was at least 95 to buy it new. I live in Alaska, so it took about 3 weeks to get here, which was the only drawback. In the end, I was happy to just have the text book!

I found the book I was looking for at a reasonable price, shipping wasn't bad, AND there was a coupon code on the website to sweeten the deal even more.

Once I got to the cart, only 1 book showed me the book condition. If I went back to shop again, I lost items in cart & had to start over.

Books were at great prices, but watch out for shipping prices, some places are overcharging and some places don't combine shipping so if you buy 10 books from them they charge you 10 shipping charges. Ridiculous!

I have been purchasing books thru Alibris for years and have nothing but good experiences, plus the pricing is always reasonable!

I received a book which was not the title I ordered, error on the sellers part. When I requested they send me the correct book they said I would need to pay postage to return the book they sent me in error - not my error but theirs!
