Went very well, was able to rent a book for a reasonable amount.

My experience on this website has been Great. I really like it I want to come back again.

They fill even small orders quickly, turn around time is good.

I placed an order and immediately realized I had used the wrong address. I immediately emailed Alibris and tried to get the shipping address changed. I received a very unhelpful reply that items are shipped immediately (my order was placed late at night, so unlikely to be true). It was suggested I contact the seller directly. This was resonance the seller was alibris and not a third party. I received no help, and my emails were all met with the same "there's nothing we can do" reply. While I appreciate the automated process to expedite orders, the refusal to even try and help was unacceptable. Poor service overall.

Shipping is slow, but better than Abebooks, and overall satisfactory transactions.& professional staff.

Well I needed a book of the correct height to keep my table from wabling and it worked; however due to a cold night it got used as fodder for the fireplace so I will have to order again.

Easy to use website and service. But the book itself had a severely bent cover.

I ordered my books from 2 book houses and one shipped them all together and the other didnot. I don't mind paying the extra shipping but I don't understand why they could not be shipped togehter?

Alibris is an essential resource. From the collectible to the mass marketable I can always find something that can't be found anywhere else and there's always an excellent choice within my price range

Book came on time and was literally brand new! I was super grateful about the shipping because I ordered the book at the last minute and had an assignment due!

A book I got from Wisconsion i thinkand i really liked that it caught hear fast considering the hurrican and came in pretty good condition.

Easy to use and had the books I was looking for. I did have trouble with the feedback portion though, as I did not realize it had to be 50 characters or more.

I was recommended Alibris by a Sub during High School, but I didn't order anything until now. I don't trust many websities, but Aibris is a trustworthy site and I will continue to order my books through Alibris.
