Ordered a workbook as "New", but it was missing the tear-out card necessary to use the book, and also it looks like the answers in the book were erased (you can still faintly see them).

It's simple, I find the book I'm looking for, order it and it arrives exactly as described. If you need an out of print book or a good used version of what ever title you're looking for, without spending a lot of $, you can't go wrong with Alibis. This wasn't my first purchase through them and it certainly won't be my last.

The prices for the four books were just $2 or $3 each. However, the across-the-board shipping charge of $4.99 for each added $20 to the order price. Unfortunately, the shipping charge is not revealed until checkout time. The books did arrive well-packaged, and in as new condition.

Shipping & Delivery were very slow considering the cost they charge. Took almost 12 days to be delivered. An extra day because they turned it over to the USPS
Shopping was okay but when they cancelled my first order because it was already sold, that's not okay. Update your listings more frequently!
