Individual shipping from multiple sources for the same title is doubling the cost of my order!. I understand the necessity (kinda?) but it seems that Alibris is large enough to consolidate identical offerings and ship from a central location. A bit frustrating, but not a deal breaker. I was surprised by how slowly the shipping proceeded! It seemed to take about a week to get out of the facility and on its way. I was happy with my order when it finally arrived.
Two books were ordered, but neither had the dust jacket, and one had a broken binding and missing pages. We contacted alibis and I believe a replacement is being sent.
