Alibris provides a great service, connecting you with sellers of diverse material, in many cases material that is hard to locate. Orders are processed quickly, and most of the sellers I've bought from are diligent at following through on their end. Don't get mad at Alibris when/if a seller is lazy, inefficient or uncommunicative.

The books I have ordered have all arrived in the condition noted on the adds or better, Fast service at a reasonable price.

I bought a book that has different options for the resellers. I got the cheapest one. My order came as descrubed. It was in good condition. Delivery time was okay, i honestly didnt really waif for it but i think it was decent! Thank you. A good expeeience so far

The book arrived earlier than expected, well-packaged and in better condition than described.

I ordered several items; three were fine and came quickly, one was delayed without explanation ("technical difficulties") and arrived on Christmas eve (by which time I had purchased the same book from another vendor, but returned that one), and one book was a paperback instead of a hardback and in very poor condition. I will be returning that. The return process is not easy. Overall it was not a great experience. I have used Alibris for years (and sell on Alibris); I will think hard about whether or not I will purchase items in the future.
