Very client friendly. After not being able to find this book no where else I was elated to be able to acquire via this bookstore.

They had what I needed as a used edition for very little money and the shipping rate was completely reasonable.

I only shopped here once, but on that one occasion everything worked out nicely. The book was used, so very inexpensive, but still in great condition, and the delivery time was mercifully short.
So at the very least I can say that I will be back for another.

My order was packed very nicely with bubble wrap. It arrived in excellent condition. It was a hardback copy of the timekeeper by Mitch album. I ordered it 7 days before Christmas and it arrived in time 2 days before the 25th. I was given notifications as to its exact whereabouts and estimations as to delivery throughout the entire process.

My password worked and I found the book I wanted at a good price

Overall, good. Be nice if you offered sample pages from books.

Easy to order things, but the product provided was far from the description given. If it wasn't needed right away it would have been returned. Very poor grading on the book.

Not too long ago, I grabbed a used copy of "The Elvenbane" by Andre Norton and Mercedes Lackey at our local library for.25. They're always selling off old paperbacks that way. Turns out that this was Book 1 of a trilogy. And it's out of print. Book 1 was published in 1991. I looked on Amazon. People are selling the other two parts for VERY extravagant amounts of money - over $100. There's no way I'm paying that for a used (or even new!) paperback!

A friend told me about Alibris, suggesting that I look there. I did so, and promptly found Books 2 & 3 of the trilogy ("Elvenblood" and "Elvenborn") for just over $2 each, plus shipping. The shipping cost was my only complaint. The cost of the shipping was WAY more than the cost of the books. Still, both books, plus the shipping, all together, was still a far cry less than buying even one of the books from a seller via Amazon at their $100+ price!

I'll be using Alibris more in the future, I'm sure. I have book series that I began while they were in print that I never got to finish - but would very much like to. Now I have a way to potentially do so. Thank you for that!
