I ordered the book as a Christmas gift for my son after he saw me reading a copy of the book when he visited us.

I would prefer to be able to go back to shopping from the final checkout page when reviewing shipping. (Shipping costs were questionable.) I had to put my info in multiple times.

The Alibris site is so easy to use, and the information about the books always proves to be quite accurate and reliable.

Came across this website and found the book my daughter wanted for a good price and even though it was estimated to arrive after Christmas, it actually came Christmas Eve which was perfect. And she loved the book

I found a book that a friend gave me and wanted to give my other friend the same book. I found it and ordered it for a great price and it was delivered in great condition and fast! My friend loves the book!

I understand my purchase occurred during the holidays, but I believe the seller could far better communicate specific delivery date/time.

Had success with this site before. Ordered an audiobook. Haven't listened to it yet but I am a little concerned because it is pre-owned from a public library. I'm hoping all goes well.

I have usually ordered on my phone, but the last two times I tried to order I've run into a sign-in error "loop" where I keep getting asked for my password and it's not accepted. The first time I just decided to abandon my order. This time I logged into my account using my computer, and it has worked.

After looking through multiple sources to find an out of print book, Alibris was able to locate several sources with great prices. Chose one and it was delivered ahead of the expected time, i.e. Before Christmas, Very satisfying experience.

Ease of buying was exceptional now I just have to see how shipping goes.

The Sarah Sundin books arrived as promised. The Joni Erikson Tada book I waited for wondering if it was going to arrive or not. When I contacted the seller I was told the book had been sold that morning... as it turned out I was the purchaser but seller did not tell me that. It did arrive on time for the gift I needed it for...thank you, seller.

My son wanted a disc by a favorite artist who didn't sell many copies. I could pay over $100 on eBay for this niche item. I found it at an out-of-state goodwill store on Alibris. For a great price. Only downside is shipping. Though it was sent right away, it languished with the post office.

I ordered a book on 17Dec and paid for expedited delivery. I finally received the book on 02Jan.
Y'all dropped the ball on this order.
