Everything was easy, communication was great. They the titles I had trouble finding elsewhere and prices were good.

It was quicks and easy process. I am grateful that the book was not expensive I need its for a class.

I placed two orders on the same day. One with a UK bookseller and the other with Alibris. The shipping charge for books coming from the UK was about i/3 of the charge from Alibris in the US.
Books from the UK arrived last week while the Alibris order, in two packages, arrived this week. One of the packages which contained four books was ripped open and had to be re-packaged by Canada Post. The books fortunately were all in good condition.
I have a second comment...On a regular basis I receive emails from Alibris indicating money off or free shipping. However when I go to use the offer, I quickly discover that it only applies to US customers. That being the case, why tantalize me?
Will also be interesting to see if your president and his fixation with tariffs will impact your Canadian customers.

I've always found Alibris very reliable and secure. Thank you for your services.

It would be great if coupons applied to lower spending amounts.

I've purchased many books through Alibris, and this recent order was accidentally shipped to another state by accident. I contacted Alibris and the vendor, and Alibris was the only response received. They sent a new order and I just received it. They're a great company and one that I'll be buying more books for the foreseeable future.

I waited a long, long time for the book... but then again, there was a 1 month postal strike in the middle of the delivery time so I can't blame Alibris. Got a used hardcover book that was published years ago... it was described as good used condition and the book I got was in better condition than the one I can get from my library.
