The discs arrived on time and in good order. I have ordered many blu-ray discs from Alibris and have always been pleased with the shipments.

When I first chose my books, I could not make the site accept my credit card... or any credit card number. I THOUGHT I had already paid for the books and was waiting for them to arrive. Duh.

Easy shopping, and they had what I wanted. Took me three minutes to get find order and pay for my book. I love that kind of service!

I've been buying from Alibris for well over a decade now and have always been pretty satisfied with the rating and service on their books. My last purchased, delivered a couple weeks ago, was a Cook's cookbook rated "Very Good". It came w/o a dust jacket and the cover was scraped here and there and the corners were bent over, no doubt because this heavy, oversized book was shipped in a non-padded plastic bag. It was NOT a "Very Good". When I complained to the seller, they responded that I should send it back for a refund. I'm not paying to ship this book back. I'll add it to my collection, but with a large frown on my face!

Shopping at Alibris is always easy and rewarding. We enjoy the concept of reading books that are pre-owned and kept out of the landfill, giving more than one reader a chance to enjoy them. This company makes this so SIMPLE!

I use Alibris as a last resort. You all really $#*!ed me 10 years ago, and I try to get even by turning down Slibris even if Amazon is more expensive.

I was surprised I was charged shipping per book instead of a combined shipping. I was going to buy two books, so I dropped one.

Quick and easy even if they do require that I leave a longer review than just those first few words, which more than adequately describe my shopping experience.

I ordered a book I wanted. I paid for it. In about a week it arrived at my house. It was in the condition that I agreed to when I purchased. It. I would choose Alibris again

Found the books easily; checkout was easy even though the books were bought from two different sellers - I hope in good reading conditon. I'm poor so appreciate that I can find used books at affordable prices.

I bought a book a few day ago, then today received an email that it had been cancelled because the book "was no longer available". Had to re-order and lost time in receiving it. Not happy. Also, I shouldn't have to agree to have my comments published on public websites in order to give my opinion. Not happy about that either. Drops my likelihood of recommending Alibris even more.

Difficult to get to the free shipping, although my order was costly. And, one item was cancelled from my order and I had to reorder and then pay more shipping. You shoul offer free shipping to ALL ORDERS over a certain dollar amount, or discount the total amount or give a discount coupon or code for the future.

Not always but almost always find exactly what I'm looking for here at prices WAY cheaper and with easy ordering and reasonable shipping. I despise Amazon's attempted monopoly of everything and here is part of the solution.

I've been buying from Alibris for a while now -- it's such a preferable alternative to you know who. I always find the books I'm looking for and even though I pay shipping, the prices are still very reasonable.

The site was easy to navigate and I had no trouble checking out. Also very happy I could use PayPal! So glad I can find books on here that are out of print.
