I really like the Alibris website. It's easy to use and when checking out there's an option to "optimize" the order to save money. Helpful! I love the price options and being able to choose the copy that comes to me. I really appreciate that thrift store books are aggregated together so that I can shop across the country and buy books that might otherwise go to a landfill. I wish the shipping time were a little bit faster, however I am willing to wait for the price I pay.

I was looking ways to order directly frim a bookstore instead of ebay or amazon and happy to find this platform. My book came in time in a great condition.

I forgot the password for my account and was to receive an email to create a new one but not to receive any email. I had to have my husband create an account in order to purchase a book.

I used Alibris before Amazon.
I'm going back to Alibris.
One downside is shipping costs were higher than expected.
I'll shop directly from Alibris next time.

The books I recieved where the same title but one book was an older copyright than what I ordered. I reported it to Alibris and they promptly issued credit. Good website to order from. Good customer service.

The price is good, the shipping was good, however the packaging could be better.

It was satisfactory. I got what I wanted quickly, and paid a fair price.

It took a while to get here but other than that it was pretty good. Solid packaging,no damages. Everything was good.

The delivery and the packaging were good. If u are looking for the latest books, the price plus the $5 delivery can be the same as the original price. But if not u might get some books cheap and make sure to select the book according to the description given.

I received an out of print older book at a reasonable price compared to other websites and it was in good condition for a paperback. The insidr packaging was excellent with cardboard and the book was wrapped in a plastic cover.
