I am writing this to express my discontent about services provided by this company. I wanted to find a certain series of books from one author and was sure that I could but them here. The website showed me that there were some books in stock while the other part from the series would've come later. I've bought those books I wanted but several months have already passed and the other part of books... isn't supposed to appear in stock, actually. Why to promise, uh? If you don't want to lose face then please keep promises, live up to the expectations. Idk, I am angry.
