I was hesitant based on not being able to see the condition of the books I was buying but was pleasantly surprised by the accuracy of the quality rating. Will be ordering from Alibris again, awesome service!

I got a good deal on a copy of Gibbon's Decline and Fall whose condition was marked as Good, but which was essentially new. I lucked out this time but it would be nice if there was a standardized grading system to minimize the uncertainty. I would not be pleased if the actual condition was worse than the description.

It would also be nice if there was a way to track shipments to international locations, in my case Canada. As it is I could only see that the shipment had reached the Alibris dispatch centre in California, but could not see anything beyond that.

I paid CAD 17 for shipping, which is not cheap, but which is probably fair for a 3-volume set in this case.

Got the right book at the right time! Also, I had a follow-up email exchange with customer service, and it was quick and thorough.

I love that I can purchase used books, specifically, which means that I place a high value in the description of the books.

I wish the free shipping icon was bigger or if it was a standard when sorting results for the query because it can eliminate the panic attack that comes with $50 in shipping

It is hard to know who will be accurate about the condition of the book you seek but the prices are hard to beat.
