Easy to find the book I needed. Shipping was reasonable and communication was good

The only thing that would make it better would be if you calculated price + shipping with the selection.

I would have rated it as "fair". It was serviceable, regardless, especially for an old edition that is not easy of find.

I had ordered a book and paid for it but apparently the book was unavailable by the time I placed my order. Alibris immediately sent me a message informing me as such and had already placed another copy in my cart for my approval and also refunded me for the first book. I love the efficiency!

This was my first experience with Alibris. The prices are awesome! It took a little longer to get my books than what I'm used to with other places. I am willing to make that trade off for the price and the books were brand new. Great first experience, will definitely buy again!

It's sad shipping is so high, I'm Thankful for Used Books. There's a wide variety and always seem to find good quality used books.

I paid extra to receive my order in two days, but it never came in two days. It gave several days after.

Absolutely frustrating buying process. Bait and switch — I was told if my I was told I could get five dollars discount by giving my mobile number to receive text messages. I did this, and only after I went through that clunky process, learned that the five dollar discount only applies if my order is over $45.
My order was 43.31, and I knew there was another book I wanted, so I went to add that book. With the five dollar discount, I would at least get the free shipping and therefore I could get my book for just 2 1/2 dollars.
So then I tried to start shopping again, of course, your checkout process does not enable this. I had to open up another tab, and start all over going to a libraries. I shopped I found the book I wanted I added it and nowhere is there a place for me to put my coupon code that I spent so much time getting. Unable to find any options for navigating or a way to edit the order, I clicked on place the order, assuming it would take me to another screen where I could add my coupon code. No, that finalized the order and I ordered an extra book that I would not have purchased with the additional five dollars shipping, I'm going to cancel my order, I'm sick of trying to deal with your stupid website

The book that I ordered arrived and was in like new condition. The book arrived early.
