As a Canadian I would have appreciated knowing my package was coming after being delivered to your warehouse in New Jersey. As far as my tracking was concerned the package had arrived and was waiting for pickup. How was I supposed to know it would be sent to me from there? I had to write to you to find out… a better tracking from alibis would have helped and been appreciated. As it was I had to wait to receive without any sense of where my package was from New Jersey to Ottawa.
