Very easy, great selection, affordable! I trust alibris bc my partner loves books and is always reading, and uses alibris for all her book buying needs. I always get quality books at the best prices. And I'm not supporting Amazon or large corps. It's great

Alibris suggested a title to me that is up my alley & was reasonably priced, arriving 10 days after ordered but in the height of the Winter Holiday season. Great condition & will be helpful in my research & teaching of Indigenous art.

I ordered a book for my sister. I did not receive it at my address-it went to her. The only thing I'd say is that you gave two differnt dates for its arrival there and I don't think I was notified when it actualy showed up there--which was earlier than you had said actually.

You have put together a system that makes it so I can order pretty much any book I want from small business booksellers with great customer service and fast shipping. It's not possible to do better than that. Please keep the business model supporting small booksellers.
Feedback about interaction with the order system: The question below "Should we follow up to make sure you're satisfied with your order?"... I clicked "no" because I am entirely happy with Alibris. But then a red-font message appears. So then I might click "yes." But then I receive emails asking if what I ordered was delivered. What I ordered has always been dellivered faithfully, and I feel a little bad about deleting those email queries because I like Alibris and want to support you. What I think I am concluding is maybe you could think through the design of the messages intended to solicit feedback. Lose the red font when a customer is happy. Maybe rephrase the question "Should we follow up to make sure you're satisfied with your order?" Receiving an email asking for confirmation is a small demand or ask of the customer. I order a lot of books, and I delete that message, feeling it a slight nuisance, every time it appears.
I really value Alibris. I bring up these things in the spirit of trying to help. If I feel that message as a slight nuisance, perhaps others do. That's why I suggest you think up a different way to phrase the ask for feedback.

I have used this site when I am unable to find a used book locally. It is nice to have some alternatives to corporate sites which I will not use.

Although I was propositioned to buy books with a discount for a purchase over a certain amount I was not given that discount. Nor was I given the free shipping that I was promised for purchasing a certain amount. What's the deal? I'd like to know why it is that you are advertising free shipping for a certain amount and not granting that as well as giving me the discount you promised for purchasing for a certain amount? Could you tell me, please what happened?

Easy to use and very affordable. I picked up several great books, both new and used, at really good prices. The free shipping was applied at checkout, so my total ended up even lower than I expected. I also found titles here that weren't available on Amazon or other retailers. I'll definitely be shopping on Alibris again.

Overall easy process selecting and ordering books. I generally search for locations near me to cut down on delivery times, but a good book at a good price is worth waiting for if unavailable nearby. Delivery was lightening fast and the product was received with secure packaging.

The first time around I was delivered the wrong product but the customer service was pretty good. Eventually did get the correct book in very good condition about a week and a half after expected, But for the price, it was worth it

Alibris offers a good range of price and quality of books. The shipping and handling charge is less than a trip to a book store would cost. I have been a steady customer almost since inception of the company.

I ordered a CD which was listed as used but in very good condition. It was delivered promptly and I cannot distinguish it from a brand new CD. The price was very reasonable.

This purchase was very easy and straight forward. The description about the book listed everything I would have wanted to know. I have never ordered a book from Alibris that disappointed. I have always been pleased.

I ordered three books from Alibris. All three books were clearly marked as being guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas. I would not have ordered them otherwise. All were ordered in plenty of time -- 10 days before Christmas -- from Alibris proper. After several days with no notice of shipment, I reached out and was informed that they had in fact shipped. Then a day or so later I received notification that they were being shipped and given tracking information. The tracking information informed me that the books would not in fact arrive in time for Christmas.When I called to complain, the person I spoke with said that unless they didn't arrive within a month, to let it go. That that was the only promise re: shipping given. In a world of many online bookstores, you failed. And lost a customer in the process.

Having multiple sources and book condition options compiled on your site is very clear and useful. However, I selected two copies of the book from the same vendor hoping to save on shipping but didn't save much at all.;-(

I have ordered many used books from Alibris. The most recent was "The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush" by Andreas Moritz. I read and followed the flush, and I'm feeling SOOO much better!

I love to read and always search Alibris.com first because the site is easy & quick to search & purchase books at great prices. Thank you Alibris for making reading good books affordable!

I received the book ("In the Cafe of Lost Youth") in a timely manner. It all went smoothly. And the book was in very good condition. The price was reasonable ($5.63). However, tax and shipping doubled the price! ($11.17). I am a senior, mostly living on Social Security, so that hurt a bit.

I like to support my library but if I can't find a book I want to read I will go to Alibris. Prices can't be beat. Delivery may take longer than Amazon but I'd rather spend my money here.

Could not find this movie anywhere except from the seller Idaho Youth Ranch Books. I'm glad my purchase goes toward something meaningful.
