Took just over 3 weeks to receive, days before the second part of the postal strike is supposed to take place. Still owed $9.74 for shipping or something, just how does that happen anyway?
Book undamaged, though it was just shipped in a thin opaque plastic bag without packing or padding of any kind.
It's a tedious process. But I suppose what do I expect given that I am at my enemies' mercy. What did I specifically do? It's a lot of you alls.
They said order would arrive in 7-9 days but it took over a month. Way too long. Got an email that it was sent: 2 weeks later it had not moved from that location. 2 weeks after that TODAY it arrived via US mail.
Easy and not very expensive depending on the item/items you are looking for.

I found the books I wanted at a good price. I ordered paid and was done.
The book condition was good. Although it looks used, but it will serve my purpose. The delivery was on time.
Not too impressed. I ordered a book on the 20th and received no indication it had to pend. When I checked on my order today the website said I *had* no orders. Because the Paypal transaction was showing, I sent an email message - itself unimpressive in that it appears one *must* use your in-website emailing and a customer cannot cc themselves. (If there *is* a way to do this, it's not apparent at all) - and the message was rejected! Error message with lines and lines of code returned to me.
I have now just re-ordered the item - and it says 3-31 days!? I receive books from the eastern portion of England faster than that. I hope this is just the cushioning effect and the book comes much sooner than 31 days.
Book arrived in good condition and in a timely manner. The price was quite reasonable. The service was competent... well worth the effort to order from Alibris.
