It is a good initiative and will continue to support. One can find out of print books for good prices. On the other hand, would like tracking information; I had to ask for it with all of my purchases and some of the books I got are a little worn out with yellow ochre pages- past the expiration date and perhaps should not be sold. I ordered 3 books, one on May 22,2 on May 25. The tracking numbers that I was given told me that the first book was delivered to some hotel in California. The second and third tracking numbers told me that each of those books had been delivered to Hackensack NJ. I scrambled around trying to find where I could ask about this, finally found a link to Customer Service and sent an inquiry for each book. I received an email about the books going to some kind of centre to be sent on from there. Ok, I can do that. I got a message about the first book and the tracking number showed that was the case. Nothing about the other 2 books- their tracking numbers still showed and said that I could pick them up at a mail box in Hackensack NJ. I made another inquiry and was told the same - that they would be forwarded, but have seen no evidence of the other 2 and the tracking number info has not changed. So, yes I did finally get the book I ordered on May 22. But I'm still bamboozled about the other 2 I ordered on May 25. Thanks for asking.
