I have never been disappointed when I've ordered from Alibris. Most of the time I find a book I'm looking for at super reasonable pricing.

This was my first time ordering from Alibris and I couldn't be happier. Books were reasonably priced and arrived quickly. Will use again.

It was easy to find my item and navigate the web page. I like option to use isbn number to make sure I am getting the right edition.

Most of my order was delivered on time, as described and at affordable prices (cheaper than Amazon in most cases). But keep an eye out for sellers with hidden reviews. Why? One of my books was delivered after nearly 20 days and the ISBN was different. Since the content was good enough for my course, I kept it and didn't go through the hassle of returning it and dealing with that seller. The rest of the experience was great and Alibris customer service was very supportive in resolving my concerns. Would buy using Alibris again.

I was looking online at a book I had read more than 30 years ago. I went to Alibris and found it. Then it was delivered to my door promptly. Same then as now - always happy to help.

I have done business with Alibris in the past when I was looking for books for my Dad. My brother's birthday was coming up and he was reminiscing about books he had read as a kid. I told him how I use to shop for Dad on Alibris and that I would see what i could find. As it turned out, I found the books in hard cover that had been reprinted and were new. They were perfect, but did not have the original cover art. When I told him the results of my research, he said that the art was not that important. I bought all ten books of the series that he had enjoyed as a kid. He was trilled when they arrived. He is close to retirement and when life settles down, he will be able to kickback and enjoy his books again.

My first experience with Alibris was finding an Indian bird guide that is otherwise tricky to find in the U.S. Might come back to fine other scientific texts.

I chose a shipping address different from my billing address, but the shipping address showed on the account info at the right side of the ordering screen,. Confusing. I hope it goes through correctly.

This was a childhood favorite I wanted to share with young people in my life. I am grateful NOT to have to order from the LARGE competitor - better price, experience, and social conscious here.

I had been looking for a book I read in college and was finding it a ridiculously high prices. Then I came across it at Alibris at a great price and bought it. It came in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable shipping price.

Once again Alibris came through for me with the right book at the right price. Study group had decided on this particular book and I didn't bother wasting time looking anywhere else. Timely delivery gave me the chance to read and be ready to discuss. One person in the group went to several bookstores in the area without any success in finding a copy.

Some books are out of publication and some are hard to find, save for your keeping the new and old in your warehouses, sorted away for those of use relieved to find book we desire. Good condition. Fair price. Fine delivery.

It was easy to navigate your website and find all the books I wanted to buy from the same seller. I try to find a store in a city I want to support. For example, if I can find the books from an Austin Texas store I will because I live in Austin. I would much rather buy books from Alibris over Amazon?

Total price (visible only in the second half of transaction) included shipping costs that were over half merchandise price. Just tell me the total cost up front while I'm deciding whether to place an order.

I love this company and the titles you can find. However, there was a bit of frustration with purchasing a blu-ray copy of a film for a premium price, and then receiving a dvd copy in the mail instead - especially when the two formats are not priced similarly at all.

I'll still shop with this company most likely. But cautiously.
