The packaging is very sloppy so my books have came in damaged quite a few times. The only reason why I haven't stopped shopping here is because it's often the only place I've been able to find certain books I wanted. But still, it doesn't make up for the fact that the items always come in loosely packed which makes it prone to damage and it's annoying.

I typed in all my info to log in - It didnt recognize my info so I attempted to put a new pass word - It couldnt send the email to my email address - SO I tried another email and that wouldnt be accepted - I gave up - and cam back —- but it has been FRUSTRATING

You useally have what I want. And your vendors tend to Under Grade (by comic collector's Standareds) so they are in better shape than the grade.
I couldn't process with my master card. I contacted you through e-mail but wouldn't get reply for a day or so. I wanted to take advantage of a coupon which expirers today. I had to use my other credit card. It took me quite few hours to finally order the book.
