I spent way too much time trying to get the free shipping for an order over $39 to be applied. I just decided to make the order and then fill out your contact form to see if you would reverse them. But once I placed the order, the shipping charges were removed. Why not remove them before processing the payment? Frustrating! There is no way to verify before paying that the charges will be removed.
I often find what I am seeking on Alibris, even hard-to-find or out of print.
