I had a free book, then I didn't. I ha a coupon, then I didn't. Must I join the nefarious Capital One to get a discount---no thanks. It has take3n me a long time to order because I kept getting wrong password etc and writing this has increased the time in order to purchase. You are good for one more try when I want a book but if I continue to have this much trouble--well, I am sure you understand.

As I was looking through the books my cart kept getting reset and my items would disappear. Then I tried to sign up for the newsletters and I couldn't sign up. I had to continue as a guest because it did not let me create an account.
Great way to get your collections filled. But need to working on shipping cost way to high especially when order from same store multiple items
I wish the shipping discount for eligible purchases of $39 more showed at the beginning of checkout and not just the end. I also think the field for entering a promo code needs to be better integrated into the checkout process (as opposed to only living in my cart).
What makes a copy "recommended"? Would I save on shipping costs by opting for "recommended"?
I could not transfer a 10.00 book coupon but still, you are worth it.
