I love your site. It makes shopping for hard to find books so easy. I've never had a bad experience with any bookseller yet.
Have no way to contact anyone quickly. Have questions regarding orders AND shipping which also affected my costs of both. Questions for example, shipping to multiple address for gifts. Had no way to ask quickly without waiting days to Possibly get an answer. One book only had 1 copy so if I waited it might have disappeared. Need a better way for customers to be in touch. Also need a way to be able to find items from same sellers to cut back on shipping costs. I have a tendency to do repeat shopping ( also called customer loyalty) but have to weight the pros and cons. Remove some of the cons.
Your website is easy to navigate and the books arrive quickly and in the condition described. Am very glad to be trading with Alibris.
