Very easy to order the book I've been looking for.

Great selections, fair prices, interesting coupons.

Excellent range of choices and price points. Very easy to use site.

So - this order came through - but an entire OTHER ORDER did not. It said nothing about the books being back ordered - NOR IN THE EMAIL did it even tell me which books or orders were canceled. But this order came through and that's all that mattered.

The book availability and pricing was tremendous. But they would not accept the payment card I used for some reason and I had to use PayPal, which uses the exact card I was trying to use. So payment process was a pain. But

I did not understand that all the books come from different sellers. If I had known that from the beginning, and it's effect on shipping fees, I would have searched for same sellers to begin with. Happy I know now, wish I had known ahead of time.

All my transactions have been handled efficiently.

I found the book I was looking for very quickly. Checkout was a breeze too.

Quick and easy. Finding books and buying them is seamless. It would be nice if Alibris had a customer review function. Reading other people's opinion of a book is very useful. Often, I read the review on Amazon and buy the book from Alibris.

Always find books here (big company bookstores, amazon) that others don't have.

Your web site has changed so much since I was last here. It's lovely. I easily created a new account & placed an order for an elusive book I had been searching for.
I had gotten 3 volumes of a 4 volume series at a neighborhood book store but have temporarily relocated across the country & have been unable to locate a good used book store. So glad you're here!
