I've been using Alibris for over 10 years now and I love it buuuuut I feel like sellers aren't being as transparent about the actual condition of their books now. I've received quite a few books that don't match their description in the past few months; which is disappointing for someone looking to cut down on book waste by buying used books. I expect them to come as described and when they don't I then have to buy ANOTHER one and wait for weeks for that one and hope it comes as described. Sellers need to be held more accountable or need a refresher on how to categorize book conditions.
I don't understand why shipping costs cannot be combined when multiple items are shipping from the same place.
