This was very quick. I like the search rather than go through a bunch of books.
On data entry, whoever designed your system didn't use standard data entry field identification/naming. I couldn't use my autoentry. This cause errors in some fields which really put a wrench in my experience. Also, your system has issues with Chrome but not MS Edge.
So far, so good. As long as the item isnt damaged and comes in a reasonable amount of time. We're good to go.

Having been a customer for a number of years, I can only say the quality of service has declined. Item descriptions often lack detail, and the ridiculous emails I get every time I visit the site but don't buy something have removed Alibris from the top of my list for places to look for books.
This is an amazing site, when searching for books and the like which are now out of print.
I've overall had a really good experience. I just get confused that very often it tells me the book I am looking for is, for example, "available starting at 14.98" and then when I click options, often that one is not listed. So that part confuses me, but other purchases I've made are on time and accurate, thank you.
