The Coupons should extend or longer periods, especially for frequent shoppers like myself. It's frustrating to have to pay so much fir shipping. I try to avoid long distance shipping. The reason being that it's not good for our environment.

My last order is past the date of expected delivery and has not arrived. I have not received tracking information for that order. I am waiting to hear back from the seller for any updates. Since my class has started already, I have been forced to rent an electronic version of the text.

Superior. Please note one potential problem. The title "Sealed Orders" by Agnes Sanford - one copy is listed as hardcover, but the image shown is for the paperback, and the ISBN number looked incorrect, but I'm not for sure. It was also in the price range of the other paperbacks on list.
You keep sending me coupon codes via email, but I never get to use them because they arrive when I'm not ready to buy. It would be lovely if you'd somehow link an existing customer's account to their offered coupon code so I could access it when I'm ready to use it!
So far most of my orders come through in a timely fashion, and when I have trouble Alibris helps me get satisfaction.

I'm hoping I purchased my book (and not rented it). It's a little unclear since a lot of the return verbiage discusses rental returns, and not purchased returns.
