First time purchasing here. Hopefully all will go well.

This is the second time I've ordered from alibris. The first time I ordered my order came quickly and in good condition. Everything is always communicated well and just an easy process.

Best prices and availability. I have switched from Amazon to Alibris. Free shipping is a little slower, but worth it.

I was elated to find books that I haven't seen since I was a lad training with my cousin/sensei, Grandmaster Ben Pryor. The only thing keeping me from giving you a 5 star rating is there are no coupons for new account members/first time orders.

I have never had a problem with buying through Alibris that wasn't my own fault! Thank you for great service!

If you make edits to your cart you have to reenter your information each time. As a guest or a new shopper that is frustrating. BUT they have great deals and a large stock, so it is only a small inconvenience.

First store where I found a used copy of John Rawls' "A Theory of Justice."

You have all of the books and there are multiple options for edition, etc.

Experience is great on the web site. A bit frustrating ordering books from multiple vendors, and then to be told they no longer have the book though.

I live in Greece and I usually order books from England. I have tried to order specific books several times from alibris but it is terribly disappointing to receive an e-mail the next day saying "item cannot be shipped to Greece due to the fact that the UK is no longer in the European Union." Since this applies to a number of your bookshops it would be wise enough to exclude these bookshops from orders abroad. I think it is common sense. Then I have to try again and again from a different bookshop on your website until I find one simply by chance that can send books to Greece. I think that this does not do justice to your business in general and is so frustrating.

Just spent half an hour having to replace password, update credit card - your interface is clunky and frustrating. Then I was told the book I wanted to buy was no longer available. Turns out it was in my cart already but it took some messing about to solve that one.

This is my second attempt to order Hadji Murat. Apparently it was lost in the mail last time. However, you were really nice about the whole situation, so I'm trying again.

Lots of titles, lots of sellers. Alibris is great!
