I have quarantined from home, but I really appreciate the option to have books sent to: me at a different, otherwise the books would be piling up at my front door. I also have had great experience with your customer service, they were very efficient. My problem was handled quickly. I didn't feel like it was the first day on the job for the customer service agent.

Poor shipping rates. Even when I selected books all from the same seller I was still charged full price shipping for each. It should be discounted if they are all coming from the same place. I enjoy your website and is easy to find used books for a very lower price. I read books and give them away. My place of origin strongly beleives a person must share knowledge with others. So we usually pass it on free to others for further enjoyment. To make a story and a book to travel very far, one must share it with other people. Today knowledge in online for people to gain free common and universal knowledge. We were the rebels that wanted to make a change. It is only few ways to help people, you give them a job, and also an education and freedom to read as many free books as posible. Thanks for doing a nice job and be helpful.

I ordered a book and six weeks later it still wasn't here, with no updates from you. I was assured by the seller in London that they had shipped the book to your warehouse. Then I was told by you that the book was in the warehouse waiting to be shipped. A week or two later I'm told the book is no longer available. Not a good experience
