You had the book I wanted and Amazon didn't. Good on you.

Would have liked to have been able to return to menu to check on another seller rather than have to remove book to Wishlist in order to proceed.

Normally I do not have any issues with your site, however, today I found concern with your checkout process. As I proceeded to check out 2 books, the site asked me to update my card information. For separate reasons, I decided to not purchase today and stepped away from my laptop for a moment.

My cellphone received a notification from my bank stating that a purchase had been made from Alibris. I immediately responded to the text to communicate that this was not authorized (see photo) and checked my laptop. I hadn't updated the card information like it had asked and I had not confirmed my purchase. Additionally, I looked at my Alibris purchasing history and it said that I hadn't purchased any books today.

I'm concerned with your transaction portal. I do not want to be charged for items that I did not confirm.

Please advise. Thank you!

Today's order was easier than ever. Found exactly what I needed very quickly.

I'm *always* able to find the books I want at very reasonable prices!

It is easy to compare books by price and facility, but annoying not to have an idea of the shipping costs before checkout.

Excellent website and great books... My go to place for what I want.

So far it has been phenomenal. Highly recommended so far.

I enjoy shopping Alibris, they have served my needs well. My hope is they will some how make it possible to bring forth the same vendors so shipping costs could be saved with out extensive time to search each item for the same vendor.

Just getting textbooks for class. 978-0-7637-3889-1 (ISBN) is 1st edition, yet you have it listed as 2nd edition. I verified on several other websites. Thought you'd want to know.

I'll have to wait until I getthe book to see if it is the one as advertized?
