Book I wanted at a very fair used price and fair shipping charge
Small issue which took a few minutes to resolve: Two books shown for title searched. Titles listed were the same, except one had a subtitle. Checked ISBN #s, they were the same. Confusing to have same book listed twice (and not softcover vs hardcover, or some such difference).
The shopping experience is good. I just hope the books arrive in good condition and in a timely manner.
I don't understand why I had a code for free shipping and it didn't apply. Also in the past if all the books were from the same vendor the shipping was discounted. I removed several books today due to the cost of shipping. I mind as well just go to the book store.
Alibris has never failed to have the books I wish to find and in a fast and easy search.

Clicking on the "seller" links never worked (always led to a "timed out" error page), so I couldn't look for books from the same sellers in order to get discounted consolidated shipping. In addition, nowhere on the site does it say what the sellers' discounted consolidated shipping rate/s are. No matter how many books I managed to find from the same seller myself, my shipping amount never decreased! If anything it increased! I tried using the Super Saving Shipping or whatever it's called by finding all books from Alibris with the free shipping symbol next to them, but the books were so much more expensive from Alibris that it was actually more expensive to purchase even WITH the free shipping. It was a lot of time spent and I ended up taking most of my business elsewhere.
Please make it so we can store two cards -- one for work and one for home. It took me 4 tries to manage to change my card info this time, and I'll have to change it back next time for work. Everything else is wonderful; it would really be great if you could work on this.
