I would like a better description of some of these books. They are very vague.
The only problem I see (it's why you only have 4 stars instead of 5) is in the description of books and movies from sellers. They are sometime too general. For example I've bought a few hardcover books and I had to ask the retailers if there was a dust jacket. It should be the first thing while describing the book condition.
Seems that once I got the wrong zip code in, I would go and edit it, but then i would go to pay and it was the incorrect zip code and I would go back and edit and then pay and round and round we went. Finally I think it must have taken it!
Why don't you give me a straight $ 5.00 discount instead of a tricky sales tactic?

The purchase request is processed very quickly. The book price and the shipping charge are reasonable. Alibris seems to have the books I'm looking for, so I keep returning
Up to the point of purchase, this is the easiest website to be on. So 5 stars there. Now the question is timely delivery and it remains to be seen that I get my order. I will have to wait until i get my delivery to determine the 5 stars in that catagory.
Despite claims of lower prices from other distributors, I find Alibris availability, range of selection, and pricing almost always wins the day.
Website is slow and shipping calculations are very slow and confusing. It is nice to have the cost optimizer but it is not at all clear when it is applied since the shipping costs don't change until the order is placed.
