Tried to check out FOUR separate times. Each time it took over half of my books out of my cart, all of which I had to find again and re-add before each subsequent attempt. Had to use a separate e-mail as a guest account to FINALLY be able to complete my purchase which is RIDICULOUS!

They call you in an unusual form and it all makes sense once you see the product in the form of literature.

Hopefully the book is as described; Good condition

I did not find the small summary mark for the book until I'd been on the site for a half hour. It would be better more prominently displayed.

When you want a book that is not well known or popular, Alibris is the place to go. Also a great site to browse and find interesting books you just didnt know you must have! It's an easy to use, efficient website

Took too many steps to change my shipping address. Had to change it, then even though it was new default, old address showed up on checkout, had to delete old address to get it to work.

So far so good... I won't make rating final until it arrives.

THOUGH I found all the books with free shipping icons, the system keep showing me the sum i have to pay fir shipment... I had to write to support and they replied to not mentioned the sum because it will disappear at the very last stage of ordering... So I lost several days while spending time on trying to change my order, writing to support, waiting for their reply..

My experience is perfect until today with Alibris. I don't remember if I faced any problem with Alibris Service. Any book I've ordered was in good condition and arrived on time.

Shopped here for more than a few years. Great inventory, great prices.

Excessive shp'g amts caused me to eliminate several items & get elsewhere. To look at current items in cart should not be so far down on the page.

I am usually very pleased with Alibris, but today I wanted to find options for faster delivery. Even though I found a chart with various options, there was no way to select the option I wanted for the sellers I chose. It would have been helpful to have an option to select sellers that have an expedited shipping option. I did not have time to place order for 20 or 30 copies of the book in order to see whether any of those sellers offered 2 day shipping.
